Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mission

I have been coming to this location since it opened, thinking YAY! there's a Timmies right on my way to work, except that this Timmies is the Anti-Timmies. With the exception of only a couple of staff, the staff here are so anti customer service, down right rude and abusive, with sarcastic comments like "so sorry about your insane few minutes wait", when I was actually standing there for over 11 minutes. My order on the screen actually had a time of 9 minutes on it and was flashing red when this little so and so made her ridiculous sneering comment. I have watched the morning patrons in larger and larger numbers just walking out of the store due to ridiculous wait times. I have vowed to never step foot into this terrible excuse for a Tim Hortens again. I will drive to work and go to the one in Abbotsford where they know what customer service is all about.

This location and the one on first avenue by Murray street are HORRIBLE, and its all down to the petty, abusive, crappy staff. The staff will sit and gab to each other while people are lining up and they never even look up to help or serve you. However if you know them, they will jump up and throw things to you in their haste to get their buddies served, I was made to wait while the chick behind the counter yacked with her buddy for 4 minutes while my sandwich laid half built on the counter. I just cannot say enough about the ABOMINABLE...

This Tim Hortons is on my driving route so easy to pick up something from, but it has gone down hill. A bit ago I found clumps of fuzzy sponge or a knotted up hairball or something in my bagel and cream cheese. 🤢I took a break from going there and then after two months decided maybe it was just a bad day for them and they picked a bagel off the floor to make the drive thru times quick? Idk, really it was disgusting. So I went again only to have a long black hair in my bagel (not the colour of my hair either). 🤢Wow what is going on there. So again I took a break and then my co workers asked if I could pick up something on the way so I ordered a cheese pizza/flatbread for myself thinking well it’s not a bagel so no fuzz or hair right? Wrong. I’m vegetarian and they gave me a full meat pizza! And all these times it’s a drive thru, so by the time I find out I’m not near by to return it or exchange etc; everything just goes in the garbage. I won’t be going back. The quality is ridiculous there. I’ve given you too many chances obviously, just thinking back I want...

This place has the worst service I have ever seen.The workers are some of the slowest, laziest, and most incompetent workers I have ever seen, and I loathe to even give them a star. I was the only person in the drive thru, yet they somehow managed to screw up my order so bad, that I spent 15 minutes waiting to get my whole meal, then when it is obvious that I was pissed off the lady at the counter tells me off for being rude, when they didn't any of my order and over-charged me.

It is not that difficult to make a pulled pork sandwich and Turkey Bacon club combos. But apparently they don't mind leaving out the combo part of it, and charging me the difference after I had paid. Worst possible service I have ever received. I normally wouldn't complain, but there were 5 people standing around the till talking and doing nothing as I waited for my whole order and for them to refund, and then add on the rest of my order, which cost more than it...
