Ordered a large quantity of fish along with garlic naan. We have been giving them business for 8 years. We recommended many families over the years as well. The quality has gone down immensely.

We had the worse experience with the food and then on top of that instead of making it right they gave us attitude and instead offered to give honor only half of the order. We asked for refund at that moment and they told us we do not do refunds.

Every time we called to talk to manager or owner they would say to call after 3:30. 2 days later we strictly asked that this needs to be resolved. We talked to the owner and she agreed to make a fresh order of the same quantity. The day we went to pick it up they said they will not replace the whole order and will only replace half. Luckily we kept there old fish and naan and told them that we are bringing it back with us. That’s when they agreed to replace the order.

When we got to the store the lady on the front desk who initially packed the ordered showed a lot of attitude. She was going through the fish piece by piece and not wanting to accept that the fish was all dry and old. Good thing we had a video of the fish from the same night.

Then they made us wait 30 mins. The lady rudely pointed in the direction of the chairs and told us to sit down as we were 5 year old.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THESE PEOPLE DID NOT TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT INSTEAD LOST...

The samosas where black over cooked the sweet basen was moldy even smelled so bad I took back the guy said I’m not tasting nor smelling started yelling at me had very bad argue with me said it’s a health issue if I try it, he was not tasting his own food bcz he knew it’s bad , what about our health if something is smelling and moldy he knows why is he selling then he saw the samosas where hard like a rock and dark black in colour then he goes I will return your money for samosas not for the sweets i said everything is in front off you why don’t you try the basin you will know how it taste to him, he started yelling at me he has no manners how to talk with customers I told him to keep the money for both things it’s a donation from us but don’t sell anything that you can’t eat to the others I should have contact the health department but I’m not like him don’t want him to lose his business god is looking one day someone else will , he made me go in stress I’m so afraid to Oder from Punjabi restaurant ( even im from Punjaba to ) bcz the way he yelled in front off other customers no manners plus my money went down the drain we work hard to it was...

Just a heads up for those ordering from Mission. They don't honour their prices posted on their website. This is a late review but a few weeks ago I placed an order after looking on their website. The guy told me to come by in an hour so I did.. rather than telling me over the phone that he didn't have enough food to cover my order, he told me he cut my order in half AS he was handing me the debit machine.. shouldn't I have been told this on the phone so I had the option to go elsewhere to cover dinner for both my husband and I?? Rather than making me wait one hour and then telling me in person? I know he had my number because he had originally called me to move the completion time from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Anyways, he then charged me more than what was listed on their website and when I questioned it he told me those prices are ONLY for the Surrey location ... maybe they should make that a little more clear on their website. It is unfortunate that I had to leave this review because I've met the owner in the past and he is a very nice person. Can't say the same for the employee...
