The customer service at Baskin Robbins was exceptional right from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a positive experience for their customers.

Now, let's talk about the ice cream and desserts. Baskin Robbins truly lives up to its reputation as having some of the best ice cream and desserts in town. The variety of flavors they offer is absolutely incredible, and I found myself spoiled for choice. I decided to indulge in their Sunday ice cream with brownies, and it was a match made in heaven. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, while the brownies added a delightful texture and an extra burst of sweetness. It was a truly heavenly combination that left me wanting more.

I can honestly say that Baskin Robbins has become a favorite spot for me. I can't get enough of their delectable treats, and I find myself longing to go back for more. The lady serving me today didn’t have any sense of how customer service works. I walked in to an empty store, she just looked at me walked opposite of where I was walking to and didn’t greet or asked if I knew what I wanted. I waited for a bit by the register hoping to get her attention. I asked for a medium fresh pack, she started making a small, I mentioned again I had asked for a medium, she seemed annoyed, turned around and began to transfer the small container of ice cream into the medium container by shaking it out. I also asked the associate cashing me out if could pay for for the waffle bowls, and without putting it in a box or case she just grabbed the waffle bowls with her bare hands and put it in a plastic bag. Imagine your food being touched with potentially dirty hands and into a plastic bag without any regards. There is nothing more unsanitary than someone you see touching the cash register touch the food you’re planning to eat with their bare hands. I don’t know why she was so rude and careless to the food. I mean, I paid for it and the least she could do is do is care for the food the customer is purchasing by putting on some gloves and not touching the food like that and throwing...

Unclean location, they cross contaminate their scoops with nut ice creams, seriously u guys could hurt/kill someone…..unacceptable protocol like seriously…..they have no idea what to do with nut allergies had to tell them to wash the spoon and scoops, unreal. As a customer I do take on that risk 100% however not having ur workers educated and trained with correct procedures and policies is unacceptable. On top of that, workers here are rude. Health inspectors should shut this place down.

EDIT- the owners snarky response to this and other reviews should prove how dismissive and unsanitary this location is. Avoid at all costs, read the reviews they speak for themselves. Also I never claimed that this was a “nut free establishment” lol. My review was specifically talking about ur ignorant staff. Successful businesses aren’t run like this,...
