Not only does this place not care about order accuracy, they also don't care about their customers at all. Don't waste your time here.
A few orders ago, I had asked for bruschetta sauce on my pizza. When the pizza was delivered, there was regular sauce on it instead. I was disappointed because it was not what I asked for, but I ate it anyways because I was hungry and didn't want to wait for the replacement pizza that I knew they would offer. A few weeks passed and I placed another order, also with bruschetta sauce. I had received it with regular sauce, AGAIN, but didn't notice until I was eating the last slice so I didn't bother to phone and complain. More weeks passed and I placed a third order with bruschetta sauce. It again came with regular sauce, and I thought, "what is wrong with these people? It's like they don't pay attention to what the customer ordered and just make the pizza however they want. Like why even bother offering different sauce options if you're not actually going to put them on the pizza???" This time I phoned and complained, and the lady (who had an obvious "I don't care" tone in her voice) said that she would make a note of it and file a former complaint. She gave me a 7 dollar credit (big deal) and that was that. Today, I placed another order, and you guessed it- I asked for bruschetta sauce on my pizza. For the fourth time in a row, it was delivered with regular sauce. I phoned and complained again, and they offered me an 8 dollar credit, but I don't know what I would do with it considering I am never ordering from this (or any other) pizza pizza ever again. There is a pizza nova, ginos and a pizza hut all within a reasonable distance from my house, so there is no reason to ever give my money to this...
Read moreThis is regarding one of the worst experience I had this location.
I am a vegetarian and ordered a veg pizza. This location has generally been good so I did not check it before leaving. When I opened it at home, there was Paperoni on it.
I immediately rushed to the restaurant and asked them as to who cooked this pizza and if that person has difficulty reading simple ingredients. The guy named DANNY, who cooked pizza started talking disrespectfully and said “Do you think Customer is the King?? “ I said “Yes!” Then DANNY said “Customer might be king in Your country, not here. “ This was a SERIOUS RACIAL remark as I am a Canadian person born in India.
I said “Go away, I do not want to talk with you” to which DANNY responded “Then do not look at me talk to someone else”. He was literally SHOUTING. The other guy DEREK was more polite he asked me if I want replacement. I responded “Yes, but DANNY should not cook it”. He then went to kitchen, came back and REFUNDED money instead of giving replacement. I had to find another restaurant.
The owner of the restaurant JOE is a Nice guy. But I totally condemn people like DANNY who do not understand meaning of Customer Experience. I will never ever ever buy pizza from this restaurant and preferably from Pizza...

Review: "Yo, lemme tell ya 'bout this bomb spot near my crib called Pizza Pizza. So, I roll up, hungry as heck, and I'm like, 'Gimme that classic Pepperoni pizza, fam.' Bro, it's like heaven in every bite! Crispy crust, gooey cheese, and them pepperonis poppin' with flavor.
But wait, it gets better. They hit me up with this Pepperoni Panzeroti, and yo, it's like a flavor explosion in my mouth! Crunchy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and them pepperonis, they're like the cherry on top, but like, savory, ya feel?
Now, brace yourselves 'cause here comes the MVP, the Veg Pizza Pre-roll. Bro, I'm not even into veggies like that, but this joint had me shook. It's like a whole pizza rolled up into this handheld masterpiece. And get this, it's mad cheap! I'm talkin' budget-friendly, bro. I couldn't believe my taste buds or my wallet!
Bottom line, if you're a broke college kid like me lookin' for some fire eats without breakin' the bank, hit up Pizza Pizza. And yo, tell 'em your boy sent...
