DO NOT VISIT HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Terrible service, unclean store, and overcharges!!!

I managed to book a reservation for Christmas, my group was seated at a table right next to the fish tanks. That was fine but then they said some chairs can't be used because they don't want to splash the tank water on us when grabbing the live seafood. What was the point in booking a reservation then if we weren't going to get a good table and use the seats?

Anyways I managed to switch it by telling them that we had reservations and were promised a big table, but they told us they have nothing in their system. It was resolved in the end, but the staff here were also really ignorant with bad attitudes.

They are understaffed and its literally a self-serve place but they charge you a service fee.

Another thing was that after reviewing the bill, I found out that one of the dishes we ordered weren't even served and they added an additional dish which we didn't order. Luckily I was able to go back and dispute it.

But please save yourselves the trouble and avoid this terrible experience. Would not come again. The place is dirty, there's gum on the walls, I found a live bug crawling on the floor, and the whole place just felt unsanitary. The area near the fish tanks also had a water spill and the employees just left the cleaning supplies out. Table cloths were old and on the new table they seated us at, there was even a food scrap not...

After the pandemic, the restaurant offers lunch specials at a reasonable price. Business seems to have improved while waiting time increased. Food quality and portion are fine. I think the service level requires improvement with a more friendly style and improving efficiency.

This time, I was there for lunch. I have to warn you that if you order for lunch special, you have to prepare yourself to wait really long for just a noodle in soup, or if you order fried rice special, the rice would be served cold. At least, this was my experience. When I asked the service staff to look for my noodle in soup after waiting for over half an hour, I was told that it was coming. However, whoever said that did not actually check my order. If you wait in patience, you may not have your food at all. They were busy serving others with regular orders. This is discrimination. After I asked for a couple of them a couple of times, my noodle in soup eventually came about 45min from my order. All you need is patience. LOL.

Another funny thing is that they seem to be the only restaurant that will charge you takeout box for 35 cents each. Eat everything and not take any food away. Otherwise, you have to pay extra. LOL.

I go to this restaurant since opening because it closes to my place. I hope that the owner is not just to run a restaurant but to run a community restaurant that people would enjoy...

Chinese new year eve, we called this resturant around 4pm to order 4 dishes and got confirmation we can pick up at 5.30. When we walked in to pick up, was told they.have too many.orders so we have to wait 30 more mins. That is fine, we paid first and informed friends who are waiting for us for dinner. We saw so.many people waiting already, and there was a customer who is dine in said he has waited 1 hour. After 30mins, we were told 30more again..In total we waited 2 hours to get our order, and it is new year eve. Not just us, so many ppl were waiting there more than 2 hr. The worst thing is, the manager still accepted order and walk in although he has already noticed over2 hr waiting time. When we open the dishes, the fish is raw, not fully cooked. the chicken is still bleeding, and no sauce. The bean has glass...
