Booster Juice — Restaurant in Mississauga

Normally when I go to this location the girls working greet me with a smile, and are very friendly. Tonight i walked in with my mom and dad (who rarely ever want to make a trip to booster juice) and when we walked in there was a young girl I’d never seen before and she gave me a look (like she didn’t want to be there) and another young girl came around the corner with the same dreadful look on her face. The first girl slammed the cash register closed (she was counting the cash) and said “hi.” I walked in there at 5:30, 30 minutes to closing. Taken back I nicely said “Hi can I please get a hail to the kale juice” and she proceeded to tell me their juicer is broken. So I said “okay”, and backed away so my dad could order. He ordered two mango hurricane and I ordered a coco crush, and she only handed us one of the mango hurricanes and the coco crush, then proceeded to walk to the back where I could hear her washing out the blender as I was still standing there waiting for the second mango hurricane. Then the second girl walked around the corner to the sink and told her I was still standing there, and the girl walked toward me and never said anything, so I asked where the second mango hurricane was and she said you only ordered one. My dad had to come back inside and pay for another one for himself. No “thanks for coming in” or “have a nice night” I guess I’m just reeeallly pissed off because I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15 and it blows my mind to have people treat me like this. My dad literally said he’s not going there ever again, and that both of the girls were rude and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Love booster juice but this location is the worst I've been too. My girlfriend and I went for some smoothies and she got the outrageous mocha and I believe the milk was expired or something because the taste was just unpleasant over all bad. The young lady who was serving us was unprofessional and unhelpful. I explained that it didn't taste right and she did not offer any compensation or some positive to lighten the mood. I know it's just a shake but we've been long time customers to booster juice and never been disappointed till now. The service was mediocre at best but I still recommend booster juice just NOT THIS...

My wife's son and I wandered into this particular booster juice, in which I asked for a double trippy, (It is an American drink.) The Oriental gentleman that served me (with a smile) knew exactly what I was talking about. A Double Trippy is basically a double banana and strawberry gungunzola. Mixed with Guacamole. Trust me when I say this, my wife's son enjoyed it to the max. I think ...my wife is going to really appreciate the act of me taking her son to Booster Juice in Lakeshore...
