This is a new location so I waited a while before trying it out to ensure that I could be fair and impartial and not judge too harshly.
The location further down on Mississauga Rd is absolutely horrible and I figured a new location would be heads and tail above that location and perhaps set the tone.
Boy was I wrong.....
The store was empty inside. There were two ladies and us and a gentleman waiting on his food. We placed our order after what seemed like an eternity.
We were NOT acknowledged period or told to wait a minute until we had been standing there for 10 mins. We placed our order and it just went downhill from there.
The wait was absolutely ridiculous. Behind the counter there was a full crew but all anyone cared about was the drive thru. One of the ladies ordered one single Whopper...no drink or fries just a burger and 30 mins after we had ordered and waiting so was she for a single burger.
The crew making the burgers were just super slow. There was zero effort in getting the food out as quickly as possible. We were about to ask for a refund and leave when our food FINALLY came. Why is it necessary to wait 40 mins for FAST food take away?
Customer service is nill, attention to in-store customers is null, efficiency is....is also non existent.
We left and that poor lady was still waiting on one single sandwich.
There is obviously a lack of training and the owner is to blame. You cannot run a business where customer service is your bread and butter yet your staff has zero skills on handling answering basic questions or just being polite and acknowledging customers in the store.
If all your focus is on servicing the drive thru then why have a dining area?

Read moreNot honest. They over charged . When the bill was asked for, they fumbled around to find it. They presented a bill, but when it was checked, it was a different bill with different items at a lowered cost. It took 40 minutes of arguing with them before I got the right bill and during the 40 minutes, they wanted to give me back some money, to even give me a full refund. I didn't understand why anyone would give me a refund in lieu of the bill, but I figured out why the following week when I ordered the exact order at a different location and the total was lower.
They are thieves and liars. They will try to outsmart you and gaslight you. The thing about it is this. They are horrible at projection and lying in light of the facts.
These people at this location swear that they are smarter than everyone. When you think that you are smarter than everyone, you lose sight of your own ignorance and flawed reasoning.
Burger King is known to tape the bill to bags, but those sketchy locations don't do it. Make sure that a bill is given to you and check to see that you paid the correct price, ensuring that they are not...
Read moreWent to this location twice. First time, the week they opened. I got to the drive through at 11:48pm and they ignored me even though they close at 12am. I decided to give it another try over the weekend and for a Sunday afternoon...there was only 2 people working, drive thru was full. Not a single person inside except for me and I was not greeted. Completely ignored for more than 10 minutes. I went to my vehicle and came back and still no one greeted or asked what I wanted to order. Other people walked in and were shocked at the customer service as well...not to mention both the garbage bins were over flowing and needed to be changed. This location is lacking, disgusting, needs better management and better staff. I will never go back there. I'd rather go to the one on mississauga rd as it has better service and staff that actually care to say hello and take your order. Extremely understaffed, poorly trained and very very poor...
