If you love smoked salmon Canada Smoked Fish Company is the place to buy it. This small manufacturer is nestled in an industrial area. Smoked salmon is prepared in small batches using an age old recipe handed down through generations. Absolutely delicious. The staff is fantastic. Come in to a small area to find a selection of smoked salmon (vodka smoked and gravlax are my favourites). Prices are reasonable and competitive. With the holidays coming this shop is worth the visit. Update: I served the Gravlax and Vodka smoked salmon several times over the holidays....

I met the owner, Matt during my first visit. He's so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Matt took the time to explain about the smoking process and how they souce the fish.
