EDIT: 03-24-2021 Originally I wrote a review expressing my displeasure with their "50 minutes or 50% off" guarantee which Cluckers acknowledged but had not done anything about for 3 weeks.

After writing the review, they promptly responded and I received a call right away where they processed the discount with no issue. Turns out it was an issue with their system and a bit of miscommunication on their end.

Had it been not been for the miscommunication, I'm sure the discount would have been processed right away. I appreciate the way this was handled and have changed my rating.

As for the food, as much I did like the flavour of the chicken, it was still a little dry - probably because of the late delivery. Hence the 4 star. Next time, I may just dine in if I'm feeling Clucker's chicken. Be warned, this place does not honor their "50 minute guarantee for delivery or 50% discount off order".

I've been holding off on writing this review because I've been trying to give Cluckers in Milton time to deal with my issue. I see nothing being done about it, so I'll write this review.

I placed an order online three weeks ago (8 piece mixed meal) for delivery. Everything was easy in regards to placing the order. I ordered my meal at 5:20PM and the expected time for delivery was 6:00PM according to the order details.

6:10PM and no delivery. A heads up that my delivery would be late would have been nice. At 6:12PM I call the info line for Cluckers and asked about my order and where it was. The lady said it was on its way. I mentioned that they have a 50 minute delivery guarantee and she looked it up and agreed it was late and that I would receive an email from head office regarding the 50% discount.

The order eventually arrives at 6:17PM.

Review on the food: Chicken was super dry. If it weren't for the sauce, I probably would have had a hard time eating it. Fries and coleslaw were great.

After the food, I sent an email to Clucker's head office because I was skeptical that someone would reach out to me willingly. Wrote my spiel, added video evidence from my security camera as proof because why not, and sent off my email! Next day, received an acknowledgement stating that I will be receiving my discount.

It's been 3 weeks and I have not see anything credited to my card, even after 2 additional follow ups. How long does it take to credit a 50% discount on a $40 order for a guarantee you failed to deliver on?

It's not even about the money to me, but more so the guarantee they failed to live up to for this order. If there was no mention of a delivery guarantee on their website, I would not be writing this...

Food is delicious, management needs some work. I had ordered 2 meals with sides ordered. And when I went to pick up, they closed and left early. I didn't get food or money back (online orders are paid prior to ordering)

I emailed to let them know, and got no response. I gave them a call a couple days later and explained the situation and after explaining and talking to who ever was on the phone that day, they didn't seem to want to resolve the situation. So they told me "just come in and they'll give me free food".

A week later I decided to call in and pick up my food And they had no idea what I was talking about. They told me management has changed, and after a long back and fourth conversation trying to explain what happened. They told me to come in and show proof of a receipt.

When I arrived I showed them my $40 receipt of 2 combos which was 6 pieces of chicken in total, rice, potatoes, corn, pies and drinks for both meals plus hot sauces.

They gave me 6 chicken wings, they said they don't have any rice or potatoes left, but here is 2 pies, 2 hot sauces, and 2 corn. The second pie and and hot sauces were added to the bag because I wasn't happy with what was happening.

Then they said "are we fair now?" I asked Where and who is the manager, and they said "there is no manager, and can't give names out"

I didn't want to make a hassle of the situation, but my $40 order and the stress and hassle of everything was compensated with 6 chicken wings, corn, pies and hot sauce. This was not a "fair now" deal

I didn't want to give the employees a scene. So I took the bag and left. But the management should be...
