Dough Bits Dessert House — Restaurant in Mississauga

I visited Doughbits two and a half hours before closing, only to be told it would take 30-40 minutes for my order because they had just cleaned up. This was quite disappointing, especially since Doughbits is their main product and featured in their brand name. I had a great experience at the grand opening, which gave me a positive impression of the business. However, if I can't reliably expect Doughbits to be available, it's not worth my time.

I decided to give them another chance and returned the following day at around 6:30 PM. The cashier was kind, but it was clear they were short-staffed. I ordered the Mohito and the Doughbits. Unfortunately, the Doughbits were dry and tasted old, as if they had been fried 2-3 hours earlier. This was a stark contrast to the freshness I experienced during the grand opening. I couldn't even finish them because they tasted so different.

We were a group of 6 and tried Mango, Milk tea and taro flavors. Each flavor was delicious, packaging was cute too. We also tried the dough bits in chocolate, pistachio and choco locco flavors. I must say those were the best compared to other puff places which I already like a lot. These were cloud light with perfect sweetness. The place had a huge turn out on first day because they were handing out free drinks and the staff managed it very well !! Generous serving sizes and very quick service. We will definitely return. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Doughbots Dessert, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, the desserts were heavenly, and the service was top-notch.
