Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

Want cold pizza/food? Want it well after the given delivery time? And looking for poor customer service/resolution by management? Then this is your spot. I've ordered from the Westwood Mall Gino's location 2-3 times in the past month and a bit. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME they've told me delivery within 45 mins. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME it's been over an hour and I still don't have my order. Here's the kicker: this location is 5 to 10 mins drive from my house. They've NEVER called to advise they're running late, or give status of delivery if it's getting to the 45 minute mark and won't be delivered on time. First time I let it go, next time I called and spent 40 minutes trying to talk to customer service and the location who kept flipping me back to each other. What service! It was a $70+ order and their remedy?! $10 discount. Which I had to practically beg and plead for. PATHETIC. It happened again today. I did not bother wasting my time or the driver's (by the way they only have the 1 driver...like why?! What sense does that make? Staff up, hire another driver and get the orders out within or before the intended time). I WILL NOT be ordering from Gino's again. If you're looking for quality, warm food, delivered on time then this isn't the place. Looking for professional management to actually provide a viable solution? Definitely not here. Customer service that goes above and beyond, or at least makes an effort to rectify the situation. Nope, not at Gino's. I would HIGHLY suggest everyone steer clear of Gino's and go...

"I recently visited Gino's Pizza Store and was blown away by the incredible service and mouth-watering pizzas! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a night out with family or friends. The pizza crust was crispy perfection, topped with generous portions of fresh ingredients. I tried "Tandoori Chicken Pizza and Paneer Pizza" it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the cheese was melted to perfection. What truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our needs were met. Gino's Pizza Store has earned a loyal customer in me! Highly recommend this gem to anyone craving authentic, delicious pizza.

Very disappointing. I've visited this location a couple of times as it’s very close to my place, and it's disheartening to see that the chairs and tables are consistently dirty. While I understand that the staff may be busy taking orders, maintaining cleanliness should still be a priority. The food is decent, but the unclean environment severely detracts from the overall dining experience.

It's unpleasant to sit at a dirty table, and it makes me question the overall hygiene of the place. As employees, it's crucial to ensure that the restaurant remains clean and welcoming. I hope they improve their cleaning practices soon.
