Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

Terrible experience I bought a XL pizza with 3 toppings as well as 30 wings from them. Pizza was great wings were terrible. I bought 30 wings. Half of them were uncooked.They were raw and you can honestly tell. I ordered 30 and about half of them were raw. I called them on the phone regarding the issues they were nice and told me if I came in they can help me. The older man told me if showed them the same day they would've changed it which I couldn't they were close the moment I got home. When I came to the store to notify the issue to the older senior he become very unprofessional and rude. Very frustrating as the father or whoever the senior employee is was trying to argue that how come they were raw and why didn't I take more pictures of the other ones. I came to the store with a picture and I wasn't empty handed. I wanted to show them that they should be cooking it properly as I worked at much bigger franchises then ginos. Mouthing off at the back saying he cooks it properly. Well hey if you cooked it properly it wouldn't look like the way it was in the picture. The staff didn't even wanna compensate me for the full 30 wings. The son which was the youngest employee there was the only one that wanted to figure out a solution. For someone so young like that he deserves more credit other then the older gentlemen. Last time I'm coming back here. Very disppointing, the older man guy needs to learn customer service and how to deal with customers...

The owners are very nice and friendly, but the staff workers are rude and lied to my face, I had ordered poutine and the I had complained nicely that there was somthing in my poutine and the two workers who were working that day kept denying it and said it’s just “gravy” I had asked to remake it or for a refund still kept denying it, then one of the workers gave me half of the price back even though I had to throw the food away. Another time I had called the store to place an order and had ordered the poutine again the same worker was rude and said don’t complain cus we will not give you a refund or remake it for you that itself is rude but then I asked do you have any cheese slices available she said no I said are you making right now Ill be coming in a bit so they would have time she said we’re not making right now , when I went in there was cheese slices available only one left, not only she lied when I asked her about it she said we’re just made it and started laughing to...

I ordered a large deep dish pizza, and I made sure to say over the phone deep dish, and once I was in the store I also said “deep dish large” to grab my order, I didn’t check the box and I get home to find it’s not deep dish. Also this is supposed to be “double pepperoni” which it is not. Disappointing

Update (edit): the owner responded to my review saying I’m wrong and they don’t have a deep dish, when I made it VERY CLEAR that I asked for a a deep dish, and confirmed I was picking up a deep dish pizza from the location to which the girl behind the counter agreed. ALSO not to mention that if you literally go on the website they have linked, there is a deep dish pizza for offer, which is what I tried to get. The fact that the owner has the audacity to tell me I’m wrong when it’s their mistake shows his lack of character and business knowledge. Will not be...
