I recently had the pleasure of dining at Keenan Irish Pub in Sherwood Forest Village, Mississauga, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Food and Drinks
The food at Keenan Irish Pub was absolutely delicious and incredibly filling. The standout dish for me was the Lobster Mac and Cheese. It’s a must-try! The creamy, cheesy goodness combined with real lobster pieces, made for a truly indulgent treat. The menu offers a great selection of both classic Irish dishes and innovative options, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
Service
What made the experience even more memorable was the impeccable service provided by Jacob. His charming and attentive demeanor truly set the tone for a wonderful evening. Jacob is undoubtedly a gem of the restaurant, always ensuring that guests are well taken care of and making the dining experience enjoyable. His friendly and professional approach greatly enhanced our visit.

Overall Experience
In summary, my visit to Keenan Irish Pub was fantastic. The delicious food, particularly the Lobster Mac and Cheese, and the exceptional service from Jacob made it a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be coming back and bringing some friends along to enjoy this wonderful pub.

Read moreMy family brought me here for my birthday on April 9th. We had a reservation as we were told it was best to have one. We walked in and nobody was there. Not a bartender, not a waitress, server or anything. It took a few minutes of wandering around for someone to finally approach us. They seated as quickly. The appetizers were fantastic and we asked them to hold off on the mains to give us enough time to eat the appetizers.
Cindy T. was friendly but unattentive. Several times we told her that it was my birthday and she did not acknowledge it once. Not even 10 minutes later our mains came. While we were still clearly eating appetizers. I questioned it and she said "Well I waited 10 minutes..." We didn't argue. We just rushed your finisher appetizers and then Ate our mains but we were not happy.
The service was average at best especially with only a few people in the entire pub. The food quality was fantastic and I must say the creme brulee is amazing. I didn't see any white chocolate or berries with it. It looks like it had a raspberry coulis but it was still good.
The cocktails were great and well made I believe by Cindy herself. Points for that!
We will return but I do question the service if...
Read moreWent for dinner on Saturday night. Wanted to try this place out post Erin Mills Pump days. Place wasn't that busy, hostess informed that there was a long wait for a table of 2, so sat us by the bar (there were 2 booths that were empty the whole time we were at the establishment). 2 bartenders behind the bar, one seemed busier than the other as the other would frequently take breaks and be chatting with others sitting at the bar or complaining about staff to others. We ordered a Guiness pint, poured horribly! This is an “Irish Pub” and yes Guiness is one of those beers that NEEDS to be poured properly. So please respect the beer! My partner isn’t that picky, but some would send it back for a proper pour. Food wasn’t anything special. I ordered chicken club sandwich which was messy to say the least. Our plates sat on the bar top for a good 15 min before being cleared off, but yet both bartenders kept staring at them every time they passed by. Overall an experience wasn’t anything special and wouldn’t come out of my...
