Open 24 hours??! What a joke. You are lucky if you show up here at 10 pm and anyone is still there EVEN IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. I've been living infront of the place for 7 years, honestly by far the worst McDonald's I have EVER seen, and I've tried more McDonald's around the world than I'd like to admit. This place is beyond unorganized. When and if open, the service is ridiculously slow and rarely on point. The morning staff, the older staff, are fine, they try their best, but the afternoon and night staff should honestly all be fired for the good of the business. Majority are kids that barely turned the legal age I work, and they have 0 training! One of the staff memebers took 20+ minutes for a small box of chicken nuggets and a Coke Zero with no ice, I got the wrong # of nuggets, the drink was ice tea, and there was ice in it. After asking to change it, the sauce was wrong, again. And after all that, the employee had the audacity to ask me to leave him a review on how well he did...I legit thought he was messing with me. I think the biggest problem is the managers being hired, they are WAY too young and so far every manager was from the area, so if you walk in 10 times 8/10 times the manager would be in the front in the restaurant floor chit chatting and laughing with kids from the area "most probably school peers". A big chunk of the employees are also school mates of the manager, very obvious by how unprofessional they can act with no problem. I just wish McDonald's sends an undercover member to go take a look one afternoon. You would witness how many times an employee steps out of the cooking area just to go kiss/hug/say hi...to one of their friends. Then they sit around and chit chat, while there is an entire line of customers waiting!!! It's just so frustrating. It's so horrible here. And worse of all is your stupid drive through! I have literally watched 12 cars, INCLUDING MYSELF, wait in line for 20+ minutes (I was stuck between cars because there is only one emergency exit gap and it was blocked) because NOONE WAS AT THE WINDOW. I had the courtesy to drive back and tell people in line that there was no one! (Not that any of them listened to me, I mean they probably expected a 24 hour McDonald's to be open at 11 pm right?). You guys are the worse. You should shut this place down and sell off the area for a company that actually cares, or fire your current managers and get you someone who actually wants to work. Or just give up the franchise to someone who doesn't hate making money, because the amount of times I drove in hoping to get a pricy meal is uncountable, but the amount of times I had to turn back because you where closed is insane! Read moreThis location is TERRIBLE!!!! I went in today (March 17, 2018) just to get a cup coffee. I noticed one car at the drive through before I entered the restaurant, one family of 4 eating in the dining area and one lady paying for her purchase. The place was not busy so you would figure that my coffee purchase will be a quick and easy, in and out. I ordered my coffee and started my wait (order #284). During my wait I noticed a few of the staff, 3 to 4 young people, standing around the preparation table doing no work, laughing and talking with one another. No one was preparing my order. A few minutes later, the lady that had ordered before me had picked up her order and the family of 4 in the dining area had left the restaurant, leaving me staring at my order number posted on the monitor under the "In Progress" column all by itself alone. Still, no one was preparing my coffee. I was the only customer in the restaurant at that point. I am a very patient man and try to give people the benefit of the the doubt in situations. I figure that maybe they ran out of coffee and they were brewing a fresh pot at the back because the coffee station at the front was idle. I checked my order receipts' time stamp and I've been waiting for approx 5 minutes. Another few minutes had gone by and two men entered the restaurant. They placed their order and another receipt number appeared on the monitor. In less than one minute, they got their order (a small coffee and an espresso) and they left. The coffee order came from the front coffee station and at that point in time, I knew that they forgot about me. At this point, as indicated from the time stamp of my receipt, I've been waiting for approximately 8 minutes. This restaurant screwed up a simple, $1.56 coffee order. I then went to the cashier to cancel my order. The cashier called for the manager to get authorization. The manager came, she provided authorization for the refund and left. She did not even inquire as to why I was asking for my money back. As the cashier handed me my money, he finally asked why I was cancelling my order. I explained to him my reason and his respond was a LIE to my face; "The system did not pickup your order" in an unapologetic manner. If the system is not pickup my order, how can I have a receipt with an order number and that order number be posted on the order monitor. After the cashiers' explanation, he just left with no apology of their screw up. Not being one to cause a scene, I just left in disgust. I hope that by this post, MacDonald's management will realize why this location has such a very poor rating.

(01-2022) Changed rating to 1 star: This location has refuse service multiple times claiming they have too many Uber orders to attend to. I've been refused service multiple times simply because I'm not an Uber driver. I've never heard of this happening before at any other location and I've never seen this happen anywhere but here. The person taking orders tonight said that we could try and come back in 20 minutes. Again this is supposed to be fast food, I shouldn't have to place dinner reservations for McDonald's. What is going on here? Can Val Abraham please explain what is going on here?
Food is usually hot and fresh but this location has a very annoying habit of parking you.
I ordered the other day, roughly 6am and not a soul behind me.
"We don't have hasbrowns made, can you please park for two minutes and drive thru again."
I get you have time quotas for your customers but if there is no one behind me you're only doing this for your benefit. No one else came during the entire time I was there. You just made me wait out of line because I was affecting your wait time.
You should only park someone when there is a huge line and it will help other customers get their food faster.
