When on my trip to Canada I had the pleasure of trying their vada paav, misal paav Mumbai masala sandwich and the tea, and I must say, this place offers some of the most authentic and delicious Indian street food you could find. The Vada paav was good, with a perfect balance of spicy and savory flavours. The green chutney and brown chutney , in particular, stood out for its traditional taste crafted with a water-based foundation It brought a real depth to the dish. The Misal paav was good and impressive, offering a variety of flavors and textures. The farsan and rassa added a delightful taste, while the paav, combined with the softness of the misal, absorbed spices beautifully, creating a rich and satisfying experience with every bite. Sandwich was delicious and authentic with lots of healthy stuffing. Located conveniently within a plaza, the restaurantâs setting makes it easily accessible and adds to its charm. What further enhances the experience is the swift service. The food arrived warm and fresh, and the efficiency with which it was served was truly impressive. It is also kids friendly. I asked for Mango falooda and they didnât have it so the person on the counter simply said they donât have any mango drinks. Later we saw they served mango lassi to different customer. They could have said instead of falooda we have lassi . I could have gone for that. Also didnât explain about sandwiches what is double layer or single layer. I would recommend to the reception to offer other options as well to customers for better business. Iâm eager to return and explore more of their menu options, as everything we saw being prepared looked equally enticing. This is definitely a spot worth visiting again for anyone craving authentic Indian street food.

While visiting family in Toronto, my nephew took me to Milan, an authentic Indian street food spot, and it exceeded all my expectations! We started with Kashmiri Chai, which was fragrant and perfectly warming. It set a great tone for the meal, and then the real magic began with the food. Samosa Chaat: This dish was an explosion of flavors! The crispy samosas were topped with tangy chutneys, creamy yogurt, and crunchy sev. The sweet and spicy chutneys balanced the textures perfectly, making each bite a delight. It tasted incredibly authentic, just like the street food back in India. Dahi Batata Puri: This dish was a refreshing treat. The crispy puris were filled with spiced potatoes, cooling yogurt, and a mix of sweet and spicy chutneys. The balance of flavors was spot onâcool, tangy, and spicy all at once. It was seriously enjoyable, and I could easily have had more! Sev Batata Puri: The highlight of the meal! The puris were loaded with a combination of potatoes, crunchy sev, chutneys, and spices, offering the perfect crunch with every bite. It was so delicious that we ended up ordering a second round. The flavors were bold and the textures just rightâthis dish truly stood out. Milan offers an authentic street food experience in the heart of Mississaugga, with every dish packed with flavor. If you're craving Indian street food, I highly recommend visiting Milan. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent, and Iâll definitely be returning on future visits!

If, in recent times, you had cravings for Indian fast food and you are looking for a good option, Milan Pan â Mississauga should be your next pick. This place will give you a feeling of being in your own hometown having local fast food as you always used to do back in India. Donât expect a highly decorated interior but there are always many other reasons to like any restaurant. âMilan Panâ will give you many such reasons. FOOD - is amazing, not too spicy but there is always a customization to your order. MUSIC â Some amazon composition in background was giving a homely feel. COMFORT â Not well decorated but decent enough to give you a relaxing environment. SERVICES â All their Attendants were friendly, respectful, and gracious. However, ONE OF THE ATTENDANT HERE WAS THE OWNER OF THE RESTAURANT HIMSELF. Customer Services is their Utmost priority and thatâs what the OWNER â âUncleji â thatâs what everyone calls him there, told me when he came to serve the Order we placed. He was kind enough to let existing customers skip the line again for additional orders. Very humble, cute and connected person. In fact, he gave a complementary ice cream to my son and didnât bother to charge me for my extra pav. He was like â itâs okay, just enjoy your foodâ Ambience - âď¸âď¸âď¸ Food - âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Service - âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Food Options - âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Definitely recommend for a typical street food and amazing customer services. Youâll get a opportunity to meet an amazing ownerđđź

My recent visit to the Mississauga location was a bit of a letdown, especially compared to the stellar experience I had at the Brampton branch. While the service was speedy (almost suspiciously so), it felt more like a race against the clock than a focus on quality. The Sev Poori arrived doused in sweet chutney, despite my request for medium spice. It felt like a complete disregard for my customization. The grilled club sandwich was equally disappointing. The vegetables were far larger than pictured on the menu, rendering them cumbersome to eat. Imagine trying to eat a sandwich where the potato chunks are more like miniature concrete blocks and there's a rogue beetroot that looks like it snuck in after a last-minute grocery run by the chef. The city could use these vegetable brick blocks to solve the housing crisis. Thankfully, the Pav Bhaji and Lassi were both delicious, offering some redemption for the rest of the meal. However, considering the premium prices charged, I expected more attention to detail and adherence to menu descriptions. Overall, this visit to the Mississauga location fell short of expectations. For a more consistent and enjoyable dining experience, I would recommend the Brampton branch.

We had the pleasure of trying their Dabeli, mixed chaat, and tea, and I must say, this place offers some of the most authentic and delicious Indian street food you could find. The Dabeli was outstanding, with a perfect balance of spicy and savory flavors. The green chutney, in particular, stood out for its traditional tasteâcrafted with a water-based foundation, unlike the more modern, yogurt-based versions. It brought a real depth to the dish. The chaat was equally impressive, offering a variety of flavors and textures. The papdi added a delightful crunch, while the smashed elements, combined with the softness of the bhalla, absorbed the yogurt and spices beautifully, creating a rich and satisfying bite with every spoonful. Located conveniently within a plaza, the restaurantâs setting makes it easily accessible and adds to its charm. What further enhances the experience is the swift service. The food arrived warm and fresh, and the efficiency with which it was served was truly impressive. Iâm eager to return and explore more of their menu options, as everything we saw being prepared looked equally enticing. This is definitely a spot worth visiting again for anyone craving authentic Indian street food.
