We recently had the pleasure of dining at a local chicken fast food joint, and we must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the washrooms and dining area stood out to us. In the fast food sector, it can often be hit or miss, but this establishment clearly takes pride in maintaining a tidy environment. The restrooms were spotless, and the dining area was organized and well-kept, which is always a pleasant surprise when dining out.

Now, let's talk about the food! We ordered the classic chicken sandwich and fried chicken, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly cooked; crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The bun was fresh and fluffy, contributing to a satisfying bite. The sandwich was generously topped with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and a tangy sauce that elevated the entire dish. It was a well-balanced meal that provided great flavor without being overly greasy.

I have been a customer of this location for many years and because I often visit, it’s pretty clear and obvious when I don’t receive consistent and quality food. I just “let it go” most of the times but my last visit I ordered a 4 pc combo with 2 side, including one of them as a side, spoke to Ariel on the phone and everytime I raise a concern it’s like I have to “fight” to receive what I actually paid for. They never go above and beyond , I get “what I paid for”, I have to argue that they should also replace the entire combo as my chicken is not edible but Ariel insist he can only give me the chicken that was bad, that I PAID For! It’s a constant battle with this location. They then tell me that sometimes the chicken is frozen from the supplier and it’s my responsibility to inspect and accept the quality when they hand me the food, that’s the most ridiculous ask of the Customers! I should receive same level of quality and service any given day and regardless of time of day, whoever owns this franchise needs to better train their employees after all, that’s the point of a franchisees! The manager eventually told Ariel when I returned to get the replacement, but instead of apologizing, Ariel once again tried to insist that he should only be replacing the chicken and not the sides. My dinner was complete ruined that night, was I supposed to drink the gravy in lie of the chicken? Simply illogical and absolutely no “customer service”. For...

I cannot praise the Popeyes Louisiana at 6750 Winston Churchill enough! The food here is absolutely fantastic—not just the chicken wings, but all the food items are perfectly crispy, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Every bite is full of flavor, and my kids love it so much that we end up visiting daily.

What makes this location even better is the incredible staff. They are always respectful, professional, and friendly. A special shoutout to Maimoona and Maheen, who both consistently go above and beyond to ensure every visit is a wonderful experience. Their warm smiles and excellent service make us feel like valued guests every time.
