Moga's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

I would NOT recommend this pizza store to anyone. They male employer is rude and has zero customer service skills. My son and his friends walked to our local Pizza store and ordered a box of Pizza. While on their way back home, one of the boys tripped and fell with the whole box of Pizza. They picked up the and brought back to the store to ask for another pizza or a discounted box. Instead, the man charged them full price with no sympathy. My son decided to just pay for the Pizza and then called me while he wait for it to cook. I decided to call the Pizza place because I did not think that was fair, and if they wanted to charge full price, I would just take my business elsewhere. When I called, the guy I spoke to was very rude. I asked for a refund for the 2nd Pizza that was charged to my son's card, cause I did not believe he should have to spend almost $40 for one pizza seeing that the first one fell. The man at the restaurant told me he did not care what happened to the pizza, and that he would not be giving my son a refund for the pizza he was waiting. He then proceeded to tell me that maybe if I had paid cash then he wouldn't given me back my money. In all my thirty plus years of living in Malton, I have NEVER dealt with such rude and distasteful customer service. This Pizza store is literally five minutes from my house, and my kids and I use to order from Moga's regularly. Ever since this incident, I've been traveling to Gino's, Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova in Malton instead of going right across the street. I refuse to spend money somewhere where they have difficulty respecting...

Worst customer service by the staff. Ordered a pizza and chicken wings combo. Combo says 20 wings and extra large pizza along with wings. However after payment, we brought the food home and to our surprise, there were just 12 wings and those too looks like malnutritioned ones. Called them up and they asked us to come all the way back to store. To our second surprise, they handed us just 8 more wings. We asked them to keep them and enjoy and we walked out. On reaching home, they call us back, asking us to come back to pick 20 wings. We asked them to either deliver them or enjoy. They simply backed out. Worst customer service. Not sure if we can upload the picture of wings. Will try.

Another instance faced someone else. They ordered medium pizza for around 7 dollars n without confirming, paid using visa and came home. Later in monthly statement, he observed he has been charged 24 dollars. Thats lame. Couple more people reported the same.

Came here with cash as I know they charge fee on credit card if under $5. Ordered Veggie slice from the counter. I gave her $5 cash and she put it in. She gave me the pizza and I asked her how much was the slice and she said $4. I said I gave her $5 and got back no change. She then opened her cash box and gave me $1 while speaking to her colleague. I stood there and then told her atleast she needs to apologize while returning the change which she didn't give initially. She said I told you sorry and comtinued to speak with her colleague....I left it there but she didn't say sorry nor have any expression of guilt. In general no Hello or Thank you to a customer. But the bigger issue is to how many customers has she not returned the change! Terrible way to earn. Date -...
