I visited today with a party of 9. The entire experience from start to finish left a lot to be desired, from the food to the waiter we were so unpleasantly graced with. Out of our table we had 4 people who ordered chicken, and 3 who ordered salmon, every one of the seven dishes was over cooked. We saw the waiter maybe three times, and Every-time he had an attitude, never smiled (which seems petty to complain about but it pertains to the experience), and he would roll his eyes. When he wasn’t busy with his attitude he was busy ignoring our table, despite our conviennent location in the middle of the floor.
He never once came to check on our food, so we didn’t have a chance to complain about the food, and we were all starving as we had a long day and it took over an hour for us to get our food (not the fault of the kitchen, the waiter took 40 minutes to take our order in the first place) so we unfortunately had to eat our disappointing meals, it was only after our waiter had brushed us off more times than I can count that we finally complained to the supervisor on duty. Amru was amazing, he handled it with grace and despite being busy and presumably under a lot of pressure he sat there the entire time and listened to our complaint, and worked with us to find a solution. Amru is the ONLY reason this is getting 3 stars instead of 1 and that’s only because I can’t give 0.
The sous chef on duty ALSO came out and talked to us and worked with us to come to a suitable solution.
I highly recommend the server obtain some more training, have a smaller section, or simply find a new profession as it doesn’t seem he enjoys what he does at all. It was extremely frustrating having to sit waiting 10-15 minutes for water to be refilled and screaming to get...
Read moreI am so disappointed with this restaurant/lounge. Workers seem friendly enough, but their acute lack of service and hospitality is surprising. There seems to be no dedicated bartender, even with the location having the best vantage point of the floor. Staff do menial tasks before serving guests. When you ask what the problem is, they smile and say there are no problems. It takes 45 minutes for a simple breakfast order to arrive. You are left waiting up to 15-20 minutes between drinks at the bar. I’ve seen people visibly age while waiting for their orders. The bottles of wine are priced so that if you order three 9-ounce glasses, you save 3-5 dollars plus receive an extra ounce of wine. Staff purposely do not look you in the eye to avoid receiving an order. I’d be happy to relocate, and run this place better for you. 40% more returns could be virtually guaranteed. Have a great day!

Read moreWe were staying at the Elements Hotel which is part of the Four Points Hotel - they share this restaurant.
There is no room service in this hotel but you’re able to order take out from Moments Restaurant.
The staff were always super friendly and very attentive.
One night we did take out, but also had lunch in their restaurant.
The food was really good and priced in line to what you would expect for a hotel so close to the airport.
For our pick up order we had the Black Bean Burger and the Pork Chops. Both dishes were still fresh and hot by the time we made it back upstairs.
For my lunch in the restaurant, I had their breakfast which was absolutely delicious! Truth be told, I would prefer purchasing this breakfast to the free one offered with your stay.
Their Chocolate Cake was...
