Customer service wise, was great. The waiter was so nice and made good conversation. He got a very good tip from me. Food wise, not so great. I waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries. The person that was seated after me actually got her food about 15 minutes before me. When I got the food, it was mediocre. You can tell that the patty is frozen, which I’m not that upset about tbh. It’s an airport so I’m not expecting home made food. The fries were delicious though, I’m sure they were frozen too but I honestly could’ve just ate a whole basket of them. Price wise, awful. I paid $23 for a mediocre cheeseburger and fries. It was way overpriced in my opinion. Should’ve have been $13 AT MOST. They’re one of the only restaurants in the area and they clearly take advantage of that. They know people will pay that amount if their hungry enough. It doesn’t seem like a really fancy restaurant so the price shocked me. I didn’t think to check the price on the menu when ordering because I didn’t expect it to be above $20. Overall, I don’t recommend if you’re short on time and don’t want to overpay for a regular...

First off, it's airport food. So you're pretty limited when it comes to options and no real say in the price since you're stuck in that area until your plane arrives.
That being said this place is really just okay overall. It's overpriced for street food essentially. The food is doesn't even taste all that amazing either. I mean it's not bad but for the up charge you would think you would get something of value in return right?
I think most people probably just come here for the bar when they realize that their plane just got delayed and after a few drinks the food portion of the menu suddenly looks appetizing.
To each, their own I guess. Definitely better options near the Duty Free store to check out. This place offers it's own dining area but that's about it though. Up to you but I would explore a bit before settling on this place for food. For the bar though, drink to your hearts content! Damn those...
Read moreThere were 3 tables available and at the tine they were wet. I asked the waitress for napkins or a rag to dry the table. She rudely reply you sat at the only wet table. I said no look at the other 2 tables. I was upset about her comment. Instead of saying sorry let me get you napkins to wipe it down. She continue to talk back to me and asked me if i had a hard time thru the security airport. I said no not at all i am a global entry and a us citizen. I am used to good service. I decided to get up and order from the bar instead and a young lady by the name of yolanda treated so much better. The rude waitress said i needed to order from the table because she works in the section. She made a weird gesture with her face and hands. I said NO i will order and sit at the bar. 10/10 canadians are usually friendly and well educated. But the indian waitress was not. My advice is if anyone is not happy with their current job then find another...
