Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Mississauga

I ordered an assorted sub for delivery from this location over 3 weeks ago. They messed up my order because they said they didn't have luncheon meat. They didn't notify me of that and just gave me basically a salami sub. They should have contacted me. So I write a review and they replied saying I should message them on Facebook ( I looked and couldn't find them) so I complained to their head office. They said they received my complaint and would follow up. It's been over 3 weeks and they haven't contacted me at all. Horrible customer service. I would have expected some kind of reply. Oh well .. so...
