Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in Mississauga

They should change their motto to “A pizza only a corpse would enjoy.” The calzones we had gotten from here were soo underdone the dough was still pliable enough to reform the whole thing.. My wife had gotten bacon in hers and when she cut into it wasn’t cooked at all, it was still pink/grey, the mountains of cheese they managed to stuff into raw dough didn’t help conceal the raw bacon. I guess this place just don’t understand that you’re suppose to pre-cook the bacon before throwing it in the calzone. My calzone was basic with pepperoni green olives and cheese so I didn’t have to worry as much about mine being really underdone

We called them up about serving raw bacon and they said “we just work here.” I couldn’t even hold the phone to talk to them at that point, the nonchalant attitude from what I presume would be the cashier gave me all I needed to know that this place does not care for your well-being.

We placed an order online at 5:30 with an estimated delivery time of 6:08. Around 6:15 I called to ask what the eta is and the person said our order just came out of the oven and would be at our place on 15-20 min max. Forty-five minutes later I called again asking for a refund when the same man answering the phone said it was on its way. I asked for a refund once more because I no longer believed anything they were saying and he said to call back because they’re so busy and the guy already left and that he can offer a store credit. I waited once more and then my bf drove over and asked for a refund in-person. The same man answering the phone had the audacity to question why we wanted our tip refunded… it’s okay to be busy but why lie multiple times? The best part is the delivery never came so they definitely lied to us. Never again. Such a disappointment for this chain and terrible...

Excellent Pizza, Generous Portions, and Friendly Service

Had a fantastic experience at this location today! The pizza was delicious, with plenty of fresh, generous toppings, and the crust had great flavor. Despite a couple pizza ovens roasting, the air con was strong and it was releiving to dine in during the hot summer day. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really added to the overall atmosphere.

We ordered a large amount of food — about 4 large pizzas and 12 pops — and were pleasantly surprised that it was very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity we received.
