Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Mississauga

I've been to this Osmows location twice now, and both times the front desk server was incredibly rude. During my first visit, I quickly checked an incoming call (literally 10 seconds) while ordering, and the server immediately started ignoring me and aggressively adding toppings like he was taking out his frustration on my food (the restaurant wasn't even busy!)

On my second visit today, I forgot to grab my drink since the cooler is tucked away to the side. When I mentioned this before leaving, the server completely ignored me - no eye contact, no acknowledgment, no response, nothing. He just continued working like I wasn't even there.

After seeing other 1-star reviews here, I'm not surprised at all. Seems like rude service is their specialty! And that copy-paste response from the owner to every complaint shows they don't actually care about improving.

I'm done with that place. Plenty of other places serve great food and treat...

Worst experience of my life. I love Osmow’s but this location was terrible. Might as well close it down for the sake of the reputation of the Franchise. Server was very rude. He was rushing the food. I was the only customer there. He was putting other things rather what I had requested for. He was throwing my food in the take out container and forgets to put hot sauce. I tell him that and he gets angry at me. I asked him for a refund and he gave me the money back. I was short and I told him that he gave me less. He asks me, “Do you know how to count?” After I explained that I was short, he ended up giving me the rest of the money. He needs to be fired and he completely ruined my appetite. DON’T go to this LOCATION. Go to the one by Square One....

Ordered for pickup 2 half and half clearly mentioned to replace rice with salad, but guy packed them with rice, after mentioning wrong order they never accept their mistake and never replce the order, even try to ask what are name of our salads, is this how you treat your customers??? Where is the manager, and what is his involvement in operations??

After problems shared they all had their private meeting inside kitchen and every one in staff was watching us as we are some kind of enemies!!!

At the end somehow offered a small half filled salad box with very bad attitude!!

Too loud music, guys to take order have communication problems, they never speak clearly never listen clearly, worst experience, never had such experience on any other...
