This is a genuine review I am posting for your business, We come everyday since may,2022 and place the order for our corporate office staff, Mistakes happen sometimes which we completely understand and thus we never complain back to them or reorder any missing or wrong drink, As usual we went today to get the same order but before that we order a crispy chicken wrap which was not even properly grilled and closed, still choose not to be a karen and ask for another wrap , just ate it somehow and went to order again at drive-thru another order, Ms.Navneet ( Supervisor ) went so rude upon asking for addition of 1 small french vanilla to the order, asked me to leave the drive thru and come back again through with the lineup of cars, she also stated that it has already been 2 minutes which was also not my mistake, and she stated that " I cannot add your coffee at the window" , her frustration was well understood but the non welcoming nature she had on face just ruined my eve, I understand and respect her point of view to service everyone fast but that felt so unprofessional. Still we will continue to come to the store All the best to the business...

The person I speak about was working at drive through at 2.57pm on 13th of july 2024 and was shouting NEXT ORDER IS READY, NEXT PLEASE....MOVE YOUR CAR AHEAD....to get me to go faster while choosing the currency I wanted to pay in, which legally is my choice........ when there was NOT a single person in the drive through behind me like litetally I drove through the drive though again to check that....

Read moreOk so the people who work here are nice and try their best for the most part. Service is always slow because there are always someone new thrown to the wolves instead of accompanied. High staff turnover. Who cares to stay long if its literally lowest pay you can get and the company thinks that's too much. They stay untill they find somthing else. Service is also slow because the noise in the drive through from the idling transports and planes taking off. Sound barrier wall? Seems simple. So staff has to repeat every single thing on your order word for word or they get somthing wrong. Lanes should have a system like at McDonald's where it tells you which lane is shorter. You can pull in for a DD and a boston creme only to have the 3 cars that came after you be served ahead of you. Do not pull into the drive through unless your willing to wager atleast 20 mins of your time. It may be less if you get lucky. I have seen arguments. Not just one.
