Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mississauga

I order online around 5 pm and I put my address nearby location to my place and after that I check out my order. After 15mins someone called asking did you order pizza hut from fowler. I was confused and check my app. Saying them “ Yes thats my app say, I put order online so once I put my address my app direct me to nearesr place where I order. That lady who is Indian tone of voice. ( terrible customer service ) Oh you order large supreme and your place is far from your here its 17 mins drive. And I told them how come its far there is short cut going to missisauga rd. Is only 7mins drive. The india lady sound like that she cannot make the pizza because it far to my place because according to her the driver cannot deliver it. After the conversation and upsetting me, I told her cancelled my order if you can’t deliver it. We are not stupid to know how closed my place to their store. I been ordering in this store many year without problem but this indian lady is so ignorant. After cancelling I prepared my family to go outside to eat. Because the pizza is not coming, and the store called again same person saying. “ Oh your pizza is on the way”. I said, I already cancelled it. You said its far right. The lady said: “ you pizza its on your way the driver can deliver 7 mins. We have no choice but wait to pizza that I cancel but arrived as cold. Not like before which is warm. Next time you need to educate your stuff how to handle phone called and talk properly. Make sure pizza supposed to be warm once arrived. That why I am not suprise this store got...

If I can, I want to rate ZERO and NEVER ordering from here again. Found alive insect crawling out from the pizza box!!! My family and I were hungry and decided to pickup a pizza instead of cooking at home for dinner. Once pizza was picked up from the store, I placed the pizza box on my lap and I was sitting in the passenger seat of Mercedes SUV. I wanted to get a slice out of the box and as I try to open the box, I saw alive insect sized about 1cm crawling out from the INSIDE of the box via gap. (gap between the lid and the base of the box where you open.) I freaked out in middle of the operating car and we almost had an accident. I had no choice but instinctively smash the insect with my bare hand. The insect that crawled out of the box was NOT a fly or have wings, but rather resemble to a baby cockroach or an insect with antenna. (I had taken an entomology course before) I called the store and been advised to send an email to the manager along with the picture of the insect. No replies and when I visited the store next day in person, the manager failed to provide any type of solution or even an apology, but rather telling me that there is no picture of the insect INSIDE the box and INSISTED me to file a report. I did file a report anyway, but seriously huge food safety hazard present at this location along with rude and unprofessional...

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm fully aware some people over exaggerate on reviews but this really was the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza.

We love Pizza Hut pizza, that's why we ordered from here .. First of all, we requested the driver to call when he arrived at our gate, he rang the bell and it really pissed us off because they ALWAYS ring the bell when they arrive at the gate when we request them not to, driver was clueless and unapologetic. pizza arrived cold, completely raw, a slice missing, and the dipping sauces we ordered were placed on top of the pizza and the plastic of the containers had made an indent on the pizza and the plastic had melted into it.

We called the restaurant to tell them about the issue and they hung up on us twice and basically told us to screw off. spent $40 dollars on this pizza, it was cold, raw and plastic was melted into it. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like, definitely a health hazard. This is not a real Pizza Hut, do not order from here.

Called Pizza Hut head office and they will be refunding...
