Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Mississauga

Pizza is good 98% of the time - we ordered exclusively from here for 15 years. Lately if you pick well done sometimes the bottom is charcoal and the delivery is slow/unreliable at best. I've been waiting for over an hour. Considering it's a school night and this was supposed to be the quick and easy option to get the kids to bed, it's disappointing. After 1h05mins called in to check what's going on and was told the pizza had left the store and was on the way. I'm writing this 20+ mins later and it gets to my door after I already called a second time to cancel and asked for the money back. Called to cancel and they didn't even offer anything! Used to be better. I don't know what happened. They've lost a loyal customer.

Follow-up on Feb 29, 2024: after trying Dominos for a while we've switched to it. The staff is professional, service is prompt (about 15 minute delivery/pickup) and the pizza is good. I just wish they'd do away with the stupid decal "don't feed the employees" on the sneeze guard - it's...

I went there on Tuesday as they had the $4.99 deal for a medium pizza. The service from the one guy working was absolutely horrible. I get they were extremely busy but once a customer walks in he yelled at them to sit down and remember who comes after them. No paying for your order first, remember where you are in line. He wouldn't allow anyone to order anything other than the pepperoni or cheese pizza. He said he had a system going, but his system wasn't efficient at all lol. If customers didn't want to sit he yelled at them to sit down. We all literally started calling him the Pizza Nazi. One customer wasn't putting up with his rudeness and yelled right back at him to stop yelling at people. That guy shouldn't have a job there if he can't handle it. The poor kid that came to the front counter was trying to apologize to all of us. I was sitting on the chairs while my younger brother was ordering. I had my earphones in and clearly heard my younger brother order a cheese pizza and 2 garlic bread with cheese. The cashier asked what he meant by cheese, and my brother replied cheddar cheese on the garlic bread. 20 mins later the other worker opens the oven and finds our pizza pitch black and burned. 10 mins after that our pizza is done and when I open it up there's cheddar cheese on the pizza, and they didn't give the 2 garlic breads.
