Now I understand why this location is always empty and other locations in the area are smaller in size, but busier in order volume. Please go to dominos it’s 2 mins away. SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! No customer service, NOT EVEN. a thank-you or please. The staff rolls eyes and acts entitled. I had ordered pizza and brownies. to start with, staff had a straight face with super rude attitude. This is absolutely unprofessional behaviour and when I asked for an extra box or plate because my box was ruined and almost breaking, she refused to give it to me saying I don’t give extra boxes or plates. When I asked that I can pay, she straight up said “Ok pay $4” ( With a very very rude attitude). Paying is not a problem, the way she was talking to me was super rude and unprofessional. Staff had airpods tucked in ears and HAS ZERO sense or customer service or even thankful attitude. Plus staff was also cleaning the machine with a map???!!!! like really? Cleaning a pizza machine with a floor mop!! They don’t say thanks or please and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and later on said just call me tanu and after that smashed my box of brownies on the counter and she went inside the kitchen without saying anything. I live nearby and my family has been a loyal customer at tis location but after today’s horrible experience we will prefer going to Meadowvale town center location or dominos nearby which is more friendly, polite...
Read moreHow is this company still in business ? I haven't had pizza pizza in a few years because of previous bad experiences but I thought let's give them a try it's been a while. It looked good, smelt great but from the very first bite I remembered why I hated PP. The crust is like a soggy damp cardboard, should be illegal. My toppings: pineapple (don't hate) tasted like stale canned artificially sweetened pineapple. Chicken was rubbery, chewy, and undercooked. Bacon 'strips' tasted worse than those plastic pellets they call bacon bits or crumble, not real bacon. 🐖 Feta cheese must of been a teaspoon cause I could barely taste it. Pizza pizza been around so long with so many locations, cheap prices and great advertising and being open late is what must keep them going, definitely not the quality. This also reminded me of different jobs I had over the years that had pizza parties and always ordered from PP and I was always disappointed and always had to go out and buy my own afterwards cause I was craving it. The only worse pie than pizza pizza is those 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 hole in the walls. My fav Popular chain pizza list Pizzaville Pizza Nova Boston Pizza Pizza Hut If you want some real pie though you gotta go to Toronto and...
Read moreWORST Pizza Pizza / customer service ever. Found a hair in my pizza and had to fight for a refund. We order frequently for this location, but this evening in the 5th slice of a medium pizza I pulled a hair out of my mouth.
First I was told I could have a credit, from the call center customer service. (like I'm going to get food from them again after this) We took the hair and the rest for the Pizza back to the store, when we got there the guy working said he spoke with customer service and was told us a that he wasn't allowed to give me a refund. Well we were there he received a call from the customer service department (he said) well he was speaking with them he told them that more then half the Pizza was gone, that's why we couldn't have a refund. The employee finally called "his boss" and he approved the refund. When he gave us the money back he didn't give us the right amount, we had to tell him he need to give us the tax back as well. All of this is absolutely ridiculous customer services, over something that is...
