Because a friend had recommended so yesterday I went down after ordering on the phone and was told there is a 45 minutes wait. So to spend some time I went to heartland and then reached the takeout. I was there told 10 more minutes and I went out had a cigarette and walked around and back and then told couple more minutes and after 5 they asked for the payment and then there was another 10 minutes of silence on my side. Although I was going nuts I kept my cool. My order was 4 pieces Reshmi kabab and Tandoori Mirch masala that is boneless chicken but I was keen to try it out. And asking for 5 naan I was told we only have parathas. So I had a smile on my face. I said sure to that. Now... Parathas turned out to be puri, yes the halwa puri ones. And Tandoori Mirch masala was boneless cubes were cooked in frying pan with square cut onions tomatoes and some green stuff I don't know why that was. Disappointed. Reshmi kabab were as good as any other restaurants yes good. But the ripped me off 2 dollar each paratha turned puri. And the tandoori which I not being a chef could have done better being not cooked in tandoor. Oh yes for the waiting time without asking they gave me a portion of Malai tikka boti. Which I was happy with but it was a cold meal that someone must have reduced from their order. And they said it's complimentary from the fridge. So friends have a good take out Halal food served from a Pakistani restaurant where all the Indian girls were cooking...

Food is very good but customer service is pathetic, owner is never there to deal the problems, their credit card machine is never working.... today I spent half n hr there just sorting out the payment issue as their credit card terminal was not accepting either debit or credit (this is third time we faced the same issue) and I ended up by e transferring the payment. Staff said they keep asking the owner to switch the terminal but they just don't listen! Last time when I ordered my catering menu, their staff forgot to give my biryani, after driving 40 mins back home we realised that we dont have biryani... upon calling them they said "yes you left your biryani here" well even if we forgot why u didnt called us right away to inform about it??? Why were u waiting for my call??? I had to keep my guests waiting for another 1.5 hr as they refused to deliver even though it was their fault and I was willing to pay the delivery charge as well.... Again my guests loved the food but were disappointed with the service as we ended up having dinner at 11pm!

I would love to change my review if they fix these problems as I love their food, and when it comes to food it's hard to please me but I m really happy with the taste and quality. I wish I could recommend them to my friends and family but their customer...

We placed an order in the morning for pick up time at 6. I was late for picking up and came at 7:30. I was told five minutes and our order is ready for pickup.

I asked how much longer around 7:50 and I was told 5 minutes. I waited until 8:15 until I lost my patience. I asked for them to give me whatever they had ready. We had placed an order for 3 trays and one tray wasn’t ready. They gave me a refund of $50 when I should’ve got a refund of $50+HST. I realized that when I got home.

In the food we found 2 hairs. I was the first person who got it right in the start. We said maybe someone in the house who warmed up the food may have dropped it (although it was pretty intertwined with the kabob). The second was a grey hair found near the end of us eating.

They need to be straight with their timings. Don’t say 5 minutes when you know it’ll be 45 minutes. When you know you messed up and one tray is missing don’t waste my time.

Extremely poor and horribly run restaurant. Before they put up the wall in the middle you could see how dirty their kitchen was and that’s when I stopped coming here for a while.

Won’t be coming here again which is too bad. They have tons of potential but owner doesn’t...
