I’m actually really disappointed. I’ve ordered from here before and it was excellent, today I ordered from here and the potatoes were not Greek potatoes at all. I don’t know if they’ve changed management or what the heck is going on but this is not Greek potatoes. The gyro was so salty and unbearably salty and sitting in liquid of some sort 🤮 . It was not good. The chicken souvlaki Just tasted like chicken and It wasn’t seasoned properly at all. The vegetables were completely mushy and tasteless NPS by seasoned vegetables I got a bunch of zucchini and onion . I ordered an horiatiki salata and I got a regular salad instead of the village salad. The tzatziki has gone sour obviously it’s been sitting there too long just it’s rotten and sour 🤮 . I can’t eat that, not only that but they sent five white salad dressings and one tiny tzatziki for a meat Meze !? I’m assuming they meant to send four tzatziki’s and one salad dressing??I’m not sure what the heck they were thinking I guess because they’re both white in colour I don’t know. I ordered tiropita and got spanakopita . Honestly, like $80 for an Uber order that comes completely wrong rotten and unbearably salty and or completely unflavoured I mean, what in the epic fail is this ?! even the olives feel like they’re old this is not good very unimpressed. We have been Lazros customers since their first year of operation. We were very happy with the food, portions and service from this family run business. We persevered with the long delays in trying to place our order followed by another delay to have our order prepared. We did this as loyal customers who thought this family was worth the wait. What this family needs to understand is that loyalty runs both ways. When a loyal customer says there is something wrong with their order, the owner should try to make things right or risk losing future business. We ordered two pork souvlaki dinners tonight. My daughter and I both commented that we didn’t think we were eating pork but instead thought it was lamb. I have only ordered pork and I can say tonight’s order didn’t taste the same. When we called the restaurant to discuss our disappointment, the gentleman who answered stood firm and said it was pork and that he personally cooked it adding that they didn’t have any lamb or didn’t cook any lamb today. Regardless of what we were given, we were not happy. This did not seem to be of any concern to this gentleman. When reading the negative reviews online, it was evident that this family does not take criticism well, warranted or not. The bottom line is “loyal customers are always right”. Went here for the first time today. Saw the reviews so thought would be good. It was awful.

We got vegetarian Meze and meat meze. We also got what they call oven, roasted potatoes, and a few other things. The chicken and gyro was dry, and I had not much seasoning on it. The rice was so over cooked and way too much garlic. It was awful. The french fries were soggy and the roasted potatoes were not even a roasted potatoes they were basically boiled no flavour at all. It was just a plain potato. The dipping sauces were awful no flavour at all very bland. The pita bread had no seasoning on it. It was just heat it up playing pita. The only thing that was decent was the Greek salad and that was because I put my own dressing on. I put olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper and oregano. The salad dressing they gave us. I have no idea what it was something white and has no flavour at all. It was very disappointing. We were looking forward to having a nice Greek meal. We have been to many other places that were amazing but from the reviews we thought we would try it. And I can honestly say my review is very honest I am Greek, and this food was nothing like Greek food.
