Friday July 12, 2024 at 5:40 AM I went to the Derry and Millcreek location for breakfast. I am pregnant so everyone knows that early morning hunger. I went in the drive thru and ordered a sausage and bacon wrap, I asked for a classic lemonade for the drink, a blueberry muffin and a small French vanilla. I made my way to the window where there was a tall Indian guy in full black, as well as a girl. The guy seemed like he was new as he did not know how to do anything like literally nothing!! He had issues with preparing the order, had issues with bringing up the payment for me to tap, had issues to even open the window for him to give me the machine. I was in line with 3-4 other cars behind me waiting for like 10 minutes. The girl had to be rushing to assist the guy as well as a customer that was already standing infront of them waiting for his order. When I tapped I didn’t hear a beep or anything so I wasn’t sure if the tap went through. I said to the guy “I don’t think the tap went through can you please check” he started asking the girl to help him which by that time I was running out of time because I start work at 6AM and it was already 5:52 so I told them I can not wait I have to go because I will be late for work and I drove out the line since they didn’t have all the items I ordered ready. On Tuesday July 16 I realized that I was charged the $11.67 for the food that I did not receive and I thought to myself how is it that the transportation went through but they were bringing up the transaction again so I could pay a second time??? Can’t they see if the transaction went through or not??? I went there yesterday morning at 5:45 AM but there was a line up inside so I left again. I went back this morning Thursday July 18 and spoke to one of the girl there. She told me I would have to come back when the Indian guy was there which is tomorrow then she said she will check the chart to see when he will be in next. She went to the back and I was there waiting waiting waiting. I asked the other girl to ask her how long it will take for her to find out then when the girl opened the back room where they store stuff I saw the girl I initially spoke to sitting down in the back room with a third girl chatting. The third girl came, I explained to her and she called the manager for this location. Apparently the manager told her to tell me that “she did not receive any complain about such thing happening and I would need to make a complain to their store first before anything is done about it.” I showed the girl the transaction where I was charged and I told her to check the camera because they have cameras but apparently she can not do anything since her manger said otherwise. What the heck kind of business is this???? If I could have given 0 stars I would have. The people at this location are always late, slow and lazy!!!!!! You guys need to watch your camera and refund back my money else this will be going further than it is at...

See more often than not, I make a stop at the Tim Hortons that is located at the intersection of Derry Rd and Millcreek Dr in Mississauga on my way to work.
And OMG, Yedi is simply just remarkable.
She a well coiled, well greased, well intentioned, and a well customized living example of human automation to experience at this locality.
She is an incredible operator/service provider personnel who is always in the "readiness mode" at the window to provide the type of excellent and professional service that is lacking at most fast food service enterprises.
Her talent and exhibitionism is one that cannot be failed to be noticed and admired by patronizers at this facility.
She's the REAL DEAL there!
She's a real smooth operator, quick on her feet in that very conjested room; so quick she could turn on a dime and does not loose her equilibrium, her great spirit nor her attentiveness to details in the process.
Wow, this operator is a kaleidoscope of colours.
She radiates enthusiasm and expediency in all of her deliberations and is a positive receptor for charisma.
Upon enquiry, I found out that her name is Yedi.
Although small in frame and stature, this operator resonates charm and magnificence in all her professional interactions with her regular customers.
Above all other impressionable characters, Yedi takes time to know all her customers.
She is able to identify them from the time they pull up at the "Order Station" hastily greets them, confirm their orders in one fluid moment; a skill she has mastered through memory based on their regularity at the facility and is then well prepared to be in waiting mode by the time we pull up at her window.
And this is who Yedi is.
A bouncing ball full of PASSION, COMMITMENT & DETERMINATION.
I therefore in my submissions and with great conviction would gladly recommend her to Tim Hortons management for consideration should any opportunity for advancement, growth and or internal development presents itself in this great esteemed establishment, especially at a time when good employees are hard to find.

Read moreJust half an hour ago I went to drive through to order classic chicken.I told the punjabi girl that i want the classic chicken and she got confused and asked other girl what that means is and then came back to me said its grill chicken not classic chicken then i asked why your display screen shows classic chicken then she louder her voice and told that " ITS GRILLED CHICKEN" .I said ok then give me that if that what you call differently.
I paid the money and then other other girl gave me the classic chicken .I have noticed its COLD .Then within 1 minute i came back to the wondow and told her (She did not have name tag on her.Now i know why she hide her name) its cold and asked her touch it and feel it and then after seeing its cold then she said she can put in a microvave to warm it i said ok put it and I asked what does Grill means? she started arguing saying that it was warm.I replied if it was warm then how come when i touch the classic chicken then it was cold and she ignored what i have said and then i said provide the value to the business as the value is going down because of this serice and attitude.Instead of admitting her mistake she shut the window on my face and went inside.
I can understand some employers hire cheap employees in timhorton but cheap employee should not mean cheap food and service.
I should have read the reviews before going this location.
Don't know if employer or manager montior their employees performance or not but if its me i would definately improve their food quality and attitude towards customers because its customerswho is paying for their employee's wages. Being employee if you can not provide the quality service then you should not be on this job and give bad name to owner...
