Access at Popeyes malton Westwood mall]
Dear Popeyes Guest Relations,
I am writing to file a complaint about the Popeyes location at , Malton, Mississauga, Ontario].
For the past year, I have repeatedly been denied access to the customer washroom at this restaurant, even when I am a paying customer. Staff consistently refuse to allow me to use the facilities.
This situation is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a restaurant that offers dine-in service. Customers reasonably expect basic amenities like washroom access, and this denial of service reflects poorly on the Popeyes brand.
I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and ensure that customers at this location are provided proper washroom access as required for dine-in establishments. And the full establishment is operated by three 23 years illegal students who laughed at me that means there is a big shot who supports illegal activities. And yes they called the security on me . But they were like helpless. Because security in canada is a joke
When i asked for her name she hid in the washroom. And yes every month employee change. So this is not popeyes American one .
And why there are no Africans no Canadians no Mexicans no Chinese no carrabean staff at the location . Why do you have 3 people who are from one state and one location . Canada is a blend of all the countries. Why you have staff from one specific area who bully you and have hijacked that location.
Please confirm what steps Popeyes Canada will take to address this...

If you go to this location above and you have only $100 dollar bill with you, they will not accept your 100 dollar bill like the $100 dollar bill you have is not exist or is not considering money anymore in Canada to pay with. I understand there is lots of counterfed money probably out there but this location is just looks like to lazy to get the machine to check the bill is legit or fake. They staff quiet rude to answer and just simply willing to lose the business and send the unhappy costumers away without providing the order you asked for and wanted to pay for! I believe this is very very low from this location management and not acceptable at all because we are in Canada! If you don't want to accept Canadian legit money, then take your business somewhere else and do your business there. But if you want to continue to serve Canadians with your food merchant then accept the fact your business is in fact is in Canada and we have Canadian dollar to pay with regardless bank client cards. When i wanted to talk with the managers regards to this matter they where not there at all. Top of all the order mistakes in the past, and the waiting games to collect your food this location has because they chicken stuff either not fresh or over baked plus never ready or enough when people orders is not acceptable either! Read moreI recently went to this location after avoiding Popeye's in the past due to an issue with the quality of their chicken. I ordered full wings and chicken legs there wasn't enough so they agreed to fry some fresh chicken. When I opened the box I knew it looked different however I thought it was because it was freshly done. Another surprise. The chicken was terribly hard I could barely bite into the chicken. Do the workers working at this location desire to harm people? Because, do onto others as you want done unto you. Meaning, this is your bread and butter because it employs you. Do the best you can to satisfy the clients knowing we keep you employed. Don't take your frustrations of the job on the customer, if we request fresh food give it because we pay for it and your job is to maintain the companies income. Keep customers happy.
I called the location and spoke with the cook who lied that he cooked fresh chicken. When I was watching him and wondering how come I couldn't see when he dropped the chicken because batter has to be applied. The cook here should be given a warning about his behavior towards customers. While I was there another customer was complaining about their food too.
Money doesn't grow on trees its earned with lots of effort and energy.
They need to clean up their behavior! train the cashiers...
