Honestly, I have never experienced such bad customer service. I have had their pizza before and it’s actually not bad. For a change, decided to order online. “Their website is not at all mobile friendly”. I added Tandoori chicken to my pizza but it added the Paneer. On removing the Paneer as an option, I noticed my Pizza order was placed without the chicken. I called the store to verify and they cancelled the order for me. I placed my order twice and the same thing happened again. Instead of tomatoes, it added mushrooms. Now I cannot eat Mushrooms.

I called the store again and asked them to change it since it wasn’t verified. I cannot eat Mushrooms. It makes me sick. I had placed an order literally 2 minutes ago. The girl told me that they can’t do anything because the pizza was already in the oven. I said but it’s the website issue not mine. On top of that I got no call to verify the order. I was the one calling to make sure my order was placed right. She said “YOU SHOULD’VE BEEN CAREFUL OR SHOULD’VE NOT PLACED YOUR ORDER ONLINE”

Are you kidding me? I told her that she shouldn’t talk to me like that or be rude about it. At the end she questioned me “JUST TELL ME YOU WANT THE ORDER OR NOT”

I don’t think this review is actually gonna make a difference but here are my two cents about the customer service offered by...

We placed and order for tandoori pizza and shahi paneer pizza . Surprisingly tandoori paneer pizza didn’t have panner in it and both pizzas where thin crust where as we ordered regular pizza so we went back in told them there was errors in our pizza so the server was rude and directly you ordered it wrong we said there might be a misunderstanding with the lady who took my order no she is right thats what he stood his ground with long story short we agreed to get one pizza replaced and another pizza to add paneer and heat it but when we got this pizza just paneer was added on the top and not heated upon picking the slice all my paneer felt in the box leaving nothing on the pizza. Again upon confronting that the pizza was cold he said he didn’t hear it like common how bad that is again .

Never visit this location and this is not my first time ordering From popular pizza but for this location first and last time .The pizza is so thin its like two folded paper when asked to the server he said they are like that only when i said other popular pizza have like six times bigger than this they tried making excuses of dough being taken out something! Too rude customer...

I use to go there 3 times a week although with new management it is not worth it at all. The pizza is more expensive then all pizza stores. I use to think the pizza is mediocre and comsored to dominos the taste is no where similar Dominos is a million times better. Plus it is in the area as well. As well as having a very unhygienic cooking place no gloves, touching thier phone, not washing hands,as well as having everything greasy and unclean. You can get the pizza from dominos alot cheaper and it tastes amazing. I know I am harsh but in the past 3 year I have ordered more than 40 pizzas and when the doubled prices I looked. At other stores and thought to my self why am I saying this garbage all along. Even if a pizza is 1$ I will never be coming back. I don't know how the business is still open. But if you like that taste or halal ingredients I think pizza pros Is very good and it has good prices. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. I don't care where you go.
