I know the worker is going to reply to my review with something defensive and inaccurate since that’s what he replies to all the reviews with.. but I need to say something. I’ve gone here many times, and eventually the male worker told me to use the app. So I’ve been using the app. I noticed that no matter how busy they are, the wait time always says 15-20 minutes. However, when I go there 15-20 minutes after I order, my sub is cold and stale. So, I usually go earlier and usually it is ready. Today it was not ready (which I didn’t mind, I was just surprised) and the worker lectured me about how I should listen to the estimated time it says in the app and made me feel bad and lectured me in front of the whole store. If he denies this in his reply, ignore him. I am a regular but I will not be returning. Update the app or always make ur sandwiches hot for the arrival time. No one wants a cold sandwich.
EDIT ADDED: I arrived 5 minutes after I placed my order which I have done multiple times and usually it was ready. I did feel lectured and you can’t tell me how I feel lol also, I don’t have time to drive back to your location and wait for a new sub once I am already back at work. Read moreThis location used to be my go to place but today had a weird experience. Staff was kinda rude and unprofessional. Customer service was awful. Never visiting them again!! Told them not satisfied with the amount of chicken on the sub as they didnt even put in an entire full scoop, they ripped off the chicken from the bread and tossed that piece of bread on the side and started over and same thing again!! I was also insisted on taking the sub as it comes on the menu board as if it cant be customised , lol In my opinion subway is all about customisation.
Well, that’s where customer service kicks in, some more reviews have the same complaints regarding quantity. And yes im well not aware about new subway menu since im not a staff there , thanks to the team tho for telling us about the changes . I ordered the Combo ( drink & chips including ) which was part of the deal for $10 ,
BUT, the S/W had only meatballs & sauce , what about the veggies. I requested ?????
If you can't afford to do the deals , my advice to you is , just remove your location from the " PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS "
Myself, won't be going back anytime soon , maybe NEVER AGAIN.
Thankfully there are a lot of options available all around YOU.
