Do not go to this store. Most unprofessional employees I've seen. We ordered online and realized while eating that they didn't give us the correct ingredients as per the order. We called them and brought it back in. After we told them that our order was incorrect the girl Sakshi told us that she knows that she put it in and accused us of taking out ingredients to return it for 2 new footlong sandwiches. I said that we realized while eating, and that we didn't even finish one half of each sandwich. I said we are not here to try and scam for free food we just want our right order, and the employee Sakshi starts yelling and saying how can you eat part of a sandwich and then come back and ask for different ones. I said that we only realized while eating and how is it our fault that the order was incorrect. We have a picture of how the inside of the sandwich looks, as well as the sandwich itself which I showed her. The lady did not admit it and gave the phone to me to speak with her manager Jignesh. In which I explained my situation, and he said "We're fighting with head office. Do you think you can order 2 footlongs for $15.99 and we as a store can survive?". I was shocked with this answer. What does this have to do with the customer and simply getting our orders right? During all this, they were going inside and chatting in hindi talking about me, which I could understand. The manager Jignesh hung up the phone and came in person and checked the camera footage to see if she added the ingredients or not. After about 40 min of waiting, they come out and say oh we were not able to retrieve the footage, what do you want to do? I could not believe this as every store has access to footage, and the employee probably saw that they did not add the proper ingredients in the footage, and wanted to cover it up. Even during the refund process I am telling him how this customer service is not acceptable and employees shouldn't be behaving like this, and he is still justifying it telling me about fighting with head office about third party materials. Today, dated WED, SEP28 2022 at around 8:30AM we went to Subway to grab school lunch for our kids.
Kunal was the server at that store. First Kunal (if I am not mistaken with his name) made us wait. He was not welcoming and had attitude just when our kids try to explain what they needed.
He was yelling at my kids in front of me. I had to advise him to keep quite so that I can explain.
I also asked Kunal, to ensure that this is not PORK, and he said you have already asked 4TIMES.
In turn Kunal said I am not serving you and there is camera over here. And I pondered over it to myself, seriously, is this a threat to the customer.
And we walked out of the store.
I am now beginning to realize in the past he may have misbehaved with my kids in my absence as well.
I have been ignoring Kunal in my past experience, but today’s experience was a flashpoint of never to come to this store again.
Kindly take a note of this and take appropriate action against this person.

Read moreNope....Subway has gotten out of line with their pricing, and never ending changes to a menu of items not really appealing. All the great classics people still want are long gone, replaced by, well...far less appealing options, that really are not great tasting anymore. Last time I went, just wanted a simple, hearty, comfort food, meatball sub. By the time I got home and looked at it, I felt like the old woman from the old Wendy's Adverts..."where's the beef?". A foot long sub, and it had 4 meatballs on it, thats it, 4, about 3 inches apart, and the bun completely saturated in fat and sauce to the point it was just mush, not a bun. I'll take my business, as are many of my neighbours, family and friends, to Mr.Sub, where at least, you can still get a classic roast beef...something no longer offered by Subway. Subway needs to look at what made them famous, scrap all these new avante garde menu items, get back to basics, back to what made them great, and have staff take a little more care when preparing food for customers. Simply cannot recomend Subway anymore to anyone for any reason, its simply not worth it when so many other better options out there for a truly good tasting...
