Slow motion service. It would help if the staff understood what the customers were saying. Ordered a new sandwich, looks good on the board. Cashier didn't know what I was talking about, she had to stare at the display board for a minute to figure it out. She made my sandwich; looked nothing like the picture: not even the proper ingredients! Asked for a refund, which I received, but not without excuses about how THEY make that sandwich. Even the manager asked me if I had the sandwich before, which I have, but then proceeded to tell me that they make them like that everywhere. I also could have done without the dirty looks that another staff member gave me after the first cashier explained to her in another language (which is rude), what happened with my order. Sorry, but the item sold should look just like the photo, and be the same ingredients as every other location. If they omit ingredients or decide to add them because they don't have the proper ingredients, then they should not be selling it.
Also; has this Tim Horton's ever been cleaned?
Horrible location. Will never return. I mean, Tim Hortons is garbage as it is; this location is the...

Such a rude behavior by her don’t know how to serve the customers. I was asking for extra cup - she said 11 cents extra and I just asked her why you are charging for extra cup immediately she replied that she don’t have time to argue with me - i was just asking her without arguing - she could say we are charging 11 cents for extra cup that's it. After longtime I am ordering extra cup so I don't know they are charging for extra cup (changed their policy came to know after seeing in google)
Some customers really don't know the extra charge for extra cup you should explain us not with your ugly behavior or argumental words.
You should change your behavior towards customers and serve customers with smile that's my suggestion. Learn some service skills
I'm writing this review as a follow-up to my previous disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, today's visit was just as bad. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order and was ignored for 25 minutes. As an Uber Eats driver, my time is valuable, and waiting 25 minutes for a single order pickup is unacceptable.
The staff, specifically a black lady preparing orders, seemed to disregard the order of arrival and prioritized other customers who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, I received a dismissive "just preparing" response multiple times. No effort was made to provide an estimated wait time or acknowledge the delay.
Time is money for uber drivers.Tim Hortons' lack of respect for my time is disappointing. I'll continue to share my experience until they improve their service and treat drivers with the respect we deserve.
You should stop taking online orders if you can’t...
