I ordered one of the veggie subway and ask them to put only eggless sauces. One of the employee added sauce with egg and other employee said no don’t put it still she put it. She was very rude and unprofessional because she asked me to take the same sub instead of making a new one and accepting her fault. I understand that in fast pacing working environment some mistakes are done but instead of accepting your mistake and keep on influencing customer to eat the subway which is not what he/she ordered. Even when I went there after a minute with my friend we asked them politely can they make a new one or not she said no we have to get that same sub other than this we will not get a new one. Terrible customer experience i ever had been there for continuous 2 years my entire college life. Because of this unprofessional behaviour I don’t recommend you guys to have something from here. I don’t recommend this place because they want your money and no service at all. I ordered chicken shawarma wrap and bowl. There were only 2 staff and one of the staff billed for the cheese extra cheese not even letting me know in advance and no basic vegetables was been stuffed. Food was not at all good/ hot. Worst experience ever. If Subway has these kind of franchise then obviously they have to lose their customers/ branch. There is a different in the charges per receipt was $12.89 and the price display board $12.19.
I went back to check on my charges on the same day evening and the owner over the call said that he can’t refund the extra charge. How irresponsible they are? If this is the attitude imagining the quality of the food and what do they care about then? They charged me extra for the cheese and the owner reacted like customer’s responsibility should be aware of the price.
