Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

My family and I have been patrons at this location for several years and not once have I dealt with such inexcusably poor customer service

Ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate and requested the indian lady and gentleman working the drive-through that I'd like an extra cup to avoid a leak (as their cups have been known to be faulty in this regard)

He instructed me that there would be an extra charge for it even though it's the establishments responsibility to provide decent quality materials...

The indian lady and gentlemen working the 3am shift on the 7th of May 2024 then got extremely defensive and confrontational when I asked for their names so that I could reffer to them directly in my review / call to the management however they lied and said it's against policy for them to give their names out - while ironically working in a front of house position in a hospitality setting

Extremely unfortunate to see the brand and this location being dragged through the mud in regards to their reputation due to being apparently forced to hire from the bottom of the barrel...

Management at this location needs to do better... there is a TH at every other corner, you can't afford to hire people that wear your uniform and lie to customers and disrespect them - especially...

If I could give less stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever received, rude, ignorant, and belligerent. Just downright awful. I couldn’t get two words in edgewise. It’s plus 40 degrees outside. I quickly stop in to pay for a cup of water for my dog, as it’s so hot he’s been drinking water a lot quicker than usual. There’s no line up inside , I walk quickly to the lady at the cash , where as before I can open my mouth she says no. Nope. No dogs allowed. And then calls for someone else from the back who says no dogs as well. I say I’ll just be a minute and they repeat me and mock me. “ I’ll just be a minute “. I look at them and say it’s stupidly hot outside , you have no shade for me to tie my dog up in , in fact you have no where acceptable for me to tie my dog up in regardless of shade or not. I couldn’t even finish my sentence before these ladies kept talking over me telling me no dog. Won’t serve me because of the dog etc …

I just wanted a cup of water that i was happily going to pay for, for my dog in +40 degree heat. The entire exchange took longer than it would have for her to just serve me.

It’s disgusting , people like this are disgusting. They’re downright obtuse and should learn some compassion before their hearts turn...

If you like to get scammed out of your money, feel free to come to this location 100%! My family and I have been to this location for years, where after this latest experience I will be going elsewhere.

At time of writing this, they were having their $1.50 cookies in form of "donation". I never asked for it, nor was asked to donate, yet the girl proceeded to add that charge to my bill without permission. I definitely got that refunded. Point is, they don't care about your permission here and will try to scam you every chance they get.

They will also lie to your face about the items they have. I only wanted a peach tea bottled drink I've been getting here for years, was told today they didn't have it. Mere moments later after I ordered I saw another girl give thar EXACT drink I wanted to another customer. Meaning they DO still have it and lied directly to my face. Like, you do realize objectively bottled drinks are more expensive than soft drinks? They don't want the higher sale? Okay then.

Anyways, I'm not sure if I was discriminated against for I'm racially more of a minority compared to Mississauga's population these days, but buyers be aware to not be scammed at...
