Horrible experience. I ordered sub from online app. The money was deducted from my account but the restaurant didn’t receive any order. I called the restaurant half an hour after and still didn’t receive any order. I asked them if there is any email or number I can reach to get refund from headquarters that would be appreciated. The lady over the phone yelled at me that this is not her problem and she cannot do anything about this. and I requested to speak with the manager so that the manager can guide me how to contact with headquarters to resolve this online order glitch. The lady told me that she is the manager and owner of this restaurant. I was surprised to see how well profession business owner can speak with someone with so much attitude and rudeness. When I asked her name she disconnected my call. I called them two to three times but they didn’t answer my call. The worst experience I ever had with any subway restaurant. When I entered there were 3 persons behind the counter, one young girl and 2 older persons. The young lady was taking my order and the old man told her to go do something else. First of he asked 3 times what I wanted I told him the product name on the third attempt I told him the product number. He still had to ask the young lady what I wanted and went ahead to do the wrong thing. When I called him out he went back to the young lady who was now struggling with the older lady to figure out how to use the thermometer. I remember saying "Why didn't you make her do it in the first place". The place was unkempt, tables were dirty and boxes all over. Read moreI stopped in to the Subway location on Cawthra today and found that both the men's and women's washrooms were locked. I requested the washroom key from a woman at the till and was asked to "wait a couple minutes". Two more women came in right after me and also needed access to a washroom. We waited while several skipthedishes pickups and other customers were served. I was eventually handed one key for the women's washroom. I requested the other key to the men's so we could all have access and was denied because I'm a woman wanting to use a bathroom with a male sign on the door. Subway, why are you locking and denying your customers access to a washroom? Even further, why does it matter if I'm male or female if I need access to your washroom?
