There are very few places you can truly say - "cooked to perfection" Ordering experience : So Robert (the owner) will hear you out nicely what you might like.He recommended the dishes, which I eventually ordered. He was extremely patient and accommodated my dietary requests nicely and exactly. I picked up the order as my dinner from the outlet. All my food was extremely well packed, there was no spillage, and came with the necessary cutleries. The food was hot and ready in about 15 mins. Food Manchurian Paneer with Rice - This is going to be my go-to dish. The succulent juicy cubes of Paneer were very soft. They seemed very fresh and the texture was perfect. As a young kid who's been eating paneer throughout his life in my home country, I was very happy to see that they were made perfectly. The Manchurian curry was exploding with flavors, it was a little hot, and spicy made it even better. The curry wasn't oily and nicely salted. The vegetables were very fresh. Vegetable Rolls - Vegetable Rolls were very nice and crunchy. Not very oily and the filling was plenty. The rolls came with a plum sauce, that complimented it nicely. Quantity - One main meal and entrees is sufficient for 2. Probably will still have some left for the next day. The portions are generous. Cost : The prices were very affordable for the portions. You can order regularly, without burning a hole in your pocket. $17.5 + taxes. Service : The chef "Robert" is one of the most enthusiastic chef I have come across. He knows so much about Asian food, which makes you want to keep on asking about it. He will nicely explain everything about what you are ordering and how it is cooked. Makes the wait worth it. He is extremely friendly and can have a nice conversation with him. Thank you so much for the extra pieces of the rolls :) Will definitely come back to try the different dishes on the menu. Can definitely recommend this to anyone who's around port credit for the best Asian food so far. Best Asian food in Port Credit. (See all 5-star reviews!!)

Running an errand on the west end and came across Red Panda because of its reviews and thought to give it a try. The owner was very friendly, patient and accommodating helping me choose a dish, as I finally settled on basil beef along with mango salad. Given it was my first time there he also gave me a complementary pop can. Got home and excited to have dinner, the first few bites were good and I didn’t think twice, but as I continued to eat it the tastiness just kinda grew and it was so saucy that the enjoyment grew as I was eating it. Usually in take out food I would pick up particular veggies, but I enjoyed this dish so much I finished everything. Portion was generous. Fed 2 people for dinner and I had left overs for lunch. The customer service and care they put forward at Red Panda is exactly what defines a local community business. Would be happy to come back here if I’m ever in the area.

Where do I begin, the food here had so many unique flavours that I loved every bite. The chicken pakoras, were not too battered up and were seasoned perfectly inside and tender with the sauce I've never had chicken pakoras like this. The manchurian actually was spicy like it's supposed to with all the accents of Flavour you typically expect. The chicken chowmein was perfectly cooked, and you could taste the freshness, this is where this spot wins as a lot of other places their steamed rice or chowmein doesn't taste so fresh. All the food here was extremely flavourful, and fresh, the customer service best I've ever seen from any Hakka spot definitely check them out!!! You can grab dinner here and get some dessert right across at the 63 year old dairy cream go for a walk by the lake, it's perfect for a day or night out!

Tempting Beef Rendang Delight

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Panda Pavilion and indulging in their legendary Beef Rendang. Let me start by saying that my taste buds were transported to a realm of pure bliss and flavor explosion! This dish deserves all the praise and recognition it has received.

The Beef Rendang at Red Panda Pavilion is a true masterpiece that showcases the culinary expertise and passion of the chefs. The moment the plate arrived, I was captivated by the rich aromas that wafted through the air, promising a remarkable dining experience.

The first bite revealed tender, succulent beef that had been slow-cooked to perfection. The meat practically melted in my mouth, leaving behind an intense burst of flavors that danced on my palate. The combination of fragrant spices, such as lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric, created a symphony of taste that was both complex and harmonious.

What impressed me most about this Beef Rendang was the depth of flavors. The thick, luscious sauce clung to every morsel of meat, infusing it with an exquisite blend of coconut milk and traditional Indonesian spices. Each spoonful was an invitation to explore the layers of taste, from the subtle sweetness of coconut to the slight hint of heat from the chili.

The balance of spices was impeccable, showcasing the culinary prowess of the Red Panda Pavilion chef. The dish had a perfect harmony of flavors, with no element overpowering the others. It was evident that the restaurant takes great care in sourcing the finest ingredients, ensuring an authentic and unforgettable experience for its patrons.

The portion size was generous, and the accompanying steamed rice was the ideal complement to the Beef Rendang. It absorbed the flavors of the sauce, creating a heavenly combination that left me craving for more.

The atmosphere at Red Panda Pavilion was cozy and welcoming, providing a perfect backdrop for an exceptional dining experience. The attentive staff members were knowledgeable and passionate, happily sharing insights about the dish and its cultural significance.

In conclusion, if you find yourself at Red Panda Pavilion, do not miss the opportunity to savor their Beef Rendang. It is a culinary gem that will transport you to the vibrant streets of Indonesia, tantalizing your taste buds with its exceptional flavors. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Prepare to be blown away by this...

My son & I ordered from Red Panda for the first time last night...I was captivated yet skeptical about all the 5 star google reviews (183 at the time). People took the time to write extensive, detailed reviews about their experiences...

Well I now understand why! We ordered online through their website and were given a pickup time 35 minutes hence. We only live about a 5 minute drive away, but left around the 25 minute mark. While driving there, Red Panda called us to let us know that our order was almost ready for pickup!

Once I arrived and went in, the owner asked if this was our first time ordering. He said my name was unfamiliar to him. I told him this was. He was just finishing up packing our order...he had a small bag in his hand and he said he had thought as much and was giving us some springrolls as a welcome treat. We chatted for a bit...he offered me a discount for cash which I rounded up to include a tip. He then asked how many of us were eating and then invited me to take drinks for each of us.

This left me with a warm, happy feeling and hoping that the meal was going to measure up to that feeling.

We ordered the following: Hot & Sour Soup Mango Salad Crispy Manchurian Beef Crispy Bangkok Shrimp Beef Chow Mein

The first two were kept for today's lunch, so I cannot yet comment on them, but the the other 3????

Oh. My. God.

The flavours...the Manchurian Beef had a complex flavour with the right amount of heat...I normally do not like Chinese seafood takeaway as I find the quality of the seafood to be questionable, but my son insisted, so we ordered it and I tried it. The shrimp was plump and succulent...not at all the rubbery mess I am used to from other places...the flavour here was also complex and tangy with a good kick of heat...but this wasn't the biggest surprise of the meal...that belonged to the Chow Mein. Again, I am used to lesser cuts of beef being used in this dish...here, the sliced beef was the texture of QUALITY MEAT! Lightly grilled, but melting in the mouth...

Overall, the experience of the owner combined with the experience of consuming this meal...TOP SHELF! We have found our new go to Asian restaurant...can't wait to try so many...
