Subway — Restaurant in Mississauga

I usually enjoy visiting Subway for a quick and healthy meal, but today’s experience left me feeling really uncomfortable. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the owner treating employees in a disrespectful and harsh manner. The tone and words used were completely unnecessary, especially in front of customers.

These staff members work hard and deserve to be treated with basic respect and dignity. It’s disheartening to see this kind of behavior, especially from someone in a leadership position.

To the owner: Please remember that your team is the backbone of your business. A positive work environment reflects in the service and atmosphere — and ultimately benefits everyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and treat your staff better...

So Subway has a promotion for chicken Tzatziki Subs. Thought I'd try it out. They had no idea what I was ordering.

And in the end I received a sub that said lettuce Roti On the Wrap and contained lettuce, tomato, exactly three cubes of chicken that was not grilled by any stretch of the imagination..... and mayonnaise because they had no idea what tzatziki sauce was. Basically a glorified chicken sandwich.

Every single Subway franchise is the same now run by the same ethnicity of people don't understand what you're ordering and don't care they're so cheap on the food it's not even worth it when you try to use a coupon. Go elsewhere. Subway does not care I have repeatedly complained to their head office to no avail. Save your money go...

I wish I gave them 0 star ⭐️ regards the service we get today . First when we place order the girl name is simran is full of attitude. They were speaking their mother tongue front of which one I won’t appreciate at all . She was not mood to do proper job they hire her to do . She was very rude while she took our order nd making them . Look like she need proper training to do customers service and sandwich maker . When we spent our hard working money . We deserve better service . This is my neighborhood subway . We giving them business 30 years .
