Pita & Grill Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Mississauga

I bought 6 chicken shawarma to go on this Saturday 08/13 2022 at 10:03 AM,Paid the money after that she told me wait 15 minutes because chicken is still in grill. I sit and waite 5 minutes. Gentle man came and going to make Chicken shawarma. He asked me you need to put in shawarma. I told him please put everything inside bread. When he open container chicken was full inside container. Why she lying 🤥 to me.Because gentleman taking his breakfast inside,that's why she told me waite and chicken not ready.I don't mind for this it's ok. Problem is staff is very very rude.They don't know how to talk with customer. I am talking abut gentleman he is saying I am manager. I don't think so he is a manager .When he make 6 chicken shawarma i told them please cut half and pack each separately because kids need to eat.He told me this time I can do it but next time I don't do it, because this is not my job.I ask them give me owner number I need to talk with your owner.He not give me.Honestly this guy was very rude .He told me get lost my store and don't come back again.After that i feel this guy maybe mentally sick.Anyway Chicken shawarma I bought many time taste good. Extremely rude customer service. I ordered wrap, asked for one extra napkin and a fork. Both the guys who are at the counter gave me very bitter and rude look because I asked for" one " extra napkin and a disposable plastic Fork. It happened with me both times I went there. I went there second time, thinking that the guys might be having a bad day, but when I went second time 2 weeks after, again I got extremely rude customer service.One of the employee smirked and sarcastically said, when I asked for fork that" are you having dinner"why you need fork with the wrap. Not to mention when I asked for extra veggies, they stared at me angrily and put one piece of each vegetable and said "excuse me"? And gave me attitude, on requesting for extra slice of Tomato. Lol. "Very stingy, cheap and unwelcoming customer service. Never had this kind of experience in my 11 years, since I moved to Canada. Never going back and will not recommend to anyone. My work is just the road across from pita grill. Will tell everyone at work my story. First time eatting here. Got 2 plates of shawarma dinner. The rice and the chicken were precooked. I was ok with it cause it was busy so i thought it may only be sitting there for 10 mins tops. I was wrong. When i got my plates, the chicken was cold and the rice was slightly warm. Both were very dry. I brought the plates back to the counter. The staff looked at the plate, then continued to help other customers. A minute later, a worker asked what was wrong. I told him the chicken is cold. Instead of making new plates, they just threw the same chicken on the grill for a couple minutes. When i got the plates back, i asked for hot sauce and tzatziki on the chicken. The worker told me the sauce is cold. I only requested sauces to compensate for how dry the food was. They did not even say sorry about the food being cold. Bad customer service. The washroom was nicely renovated but not very clean at all. Save your money. Good portion of food. The taste was pretty good. But dry and cold made...
