We ordered a clubhouse with a poutine, chicken finger platter, beef nachos without onions, olives, tomotoes, or any veggies, and a large chicken shawarama with cheese with a poutine for delivery. When i was on the phone i kept getting cut off. The delivery driver was nice but we were given the wrong order. Instead of a chicken finger platter for my son we were given mozza sticks. My chicken was burnt and hard, it looks like the fryer oil has not been changed in a while. The mozza sticks were dark brown and our fries as well for the poutines. The fries were also very dry. The quality of pizza is inconsistent at best. Most of the time you receive paper thin tasteless crust with mounds of not completely melted cheese. When ordering a pizza it is not unreasonable to expect the cheese to be melted and slightly browned, well not not here! Some days there is thick crust, others thin. Some days melted cheese others you can see the strands and has no colour. The quality of ingredients seems decent but the preparation is sloppy and careless. The owners seriously need to reconsider wether they should be in the pizza buisness if this is the quality of food they are going to offer.
