The Mississippi Valley Textile Museum generously supported the local event, Reconciliation Through Art, at the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum, Sept. 30, 2024 - an event that answered many of the 94 Calls to Truth and Reconciliation. While on a little day trip to Almonte - we decided to check out the MVTM. The Museum entrance is by a donation of your choosing. The museum showcases artefacts, history, and culture of the town and the industry that made them famous - textile mills. There is a special exhibit going on right now - where you can interact with the knitting & fabrics.
