A&W Canada — Restaurant in Moncton

Wow, where do I start. The service is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Extremely slow, no manners, they messed up our order in two ways (it wasnt that complicated) and it took forever, FOREVER to get our food. It also took some time waiting initially for someone to take our order because the employee ignored us for a good five minutes. I waited around for another 10 minutes for our food. Then because the order was messed up, waited around another 10 or so. The burger was questionable- I never had a burger with that consistency and flavour at A&W before- usually they're juicy and seem like a regular real hamburger. This one was dry and didn't look like a hamburger. I suspect it might have been a beyond burger or some nonsense. It was weird. The rest of the food iteself was decent, fresh and warm at least. And the seating area was large, but not the cleanest

The bathrooms. 4 out of 5 toilets were "out of order" and 3 out of four sinks wouldn't work. It was also very disgusting, like it's only cleaned once per week. I will NEVER be returning that that location of A&W again.

Overall, it's not chocking- this horrible state of things seems to be the norm these days as certain people take over this country and flush it all down the toilet. Great reminder to be more discerning about which...

So we stopped at this restaurant tonight and it was an experience! We ordered, the guy at counter was fast and efficient however immediately when he saw that we wanted to pay with $100 bill he said I can’t change that, umm ok for our $50 meal? At the very least any cash should operate with a $100 float( we are business owners and well aware of this) anyhow so we said ok and went over to the gas station cash and tried to see if we could change it, ya no, same answer! (Even though we witnessed multiple persons come in and pay cash) I then drive back to our hotel to get my purse to pay for our food. We are very well aware that money laundering is a thing in the world however a $100 bill is issued by the bank is a legal form of payment, this entire establishment very obviously has been advised to not accept them, 1. If so please put a sign on your outside door stating this 2. It is a legal form of payment, maybe you should have a money reader so I can prove I am an honest customer 3. Totally not the...

I've used this A&W drive-thru many times, but for the first time this past week, my lovely wife Pat and I went inside to eat. I parked the car after letting Pat off outside the cojoined gas bar/store in front. I was immediately surprised when I entered this establishment for the first time. I'd always imagined the A&W section where my wife was standing to order, as being much smaller. After ordering, Pat went to use their restroom while I stood by waiting upon the order. Once I received our order (number called), I entered their dining area on the other side of the wall. I was immediately surprised by the amount of floor seating area. Very impressive. Enjoyed my meal as did Pat. No regrets. First time having their chicken nuggets, and I was blown away by the size of each one. I certainly look forward to dining inside in the future. I was also surprised to learn that there is access to their dining area thru a back door where I'm sure many regulars realize the easy parking in back for trucks...
