Terrible service at this location, at least this evening when we visited. We went in to buy frozen yogurt for our daughter, 2 guys behind the counter doing nothing but chatting, had to call them out for their attention, one came over and without a word punched in the cost and set down the interact machine over to my side of the counter and walked away. I paid and he didn't even acknowledge or say anything. Wouldn't have been able to get a recipe unless I called him back over, we just left instead.

Used to be better. They used to keep your ice cream intact as they added whatever toppings you liked. Nowadays, my ice cream gets tapped every time I give it to a staff member and it ruins the swirl I tried to make while choosing the flavors. The dairy-free flavors keep changing, and the quality/taste of them varies every time. Got called a "ma'am" today as well, while I'm not a girl??? Now, I know it's just the staff being polite, but this is not a fancy restaurant, and you can break someone's day like that. Just don't assume customers' titles by how they look, please. Recent trip to the Moncton, NB location. They seem to have discontinued the Tart flavor that was always our families favorite, as the last three times they did not have it. It was about 35 degrees in store making it impossible to sit and enjoy our purchase. The seating outside was intertwined with cables, so as not to be stolen, however made it extremely difficult to attempt to sit and when leaving we had a trip incident on the cables.
