Front staff are never happy (or better yet, never “look” happy) I get it, it’s a job and a lot of us would be sick of it, but when the attitude matches the look watch out.
Every time I’ve gone to this location I never get a full large fry. My girlfriend usually gets the medium while I’ll end up upsizing, but my cup is just as much full as hers which I never say anything due to the fact that the employees don’t even look approachable.
Today is what brought me to make a review. I work in a kitchen (I’ve been around kitchens practically my whole life because of my dad) our foods taste was disappointing, looked disgusting, and this was due to really old fryer grease. The explanation I got was in fact the frying grease was done, but not to worry cause they’re changing it tomorrow. What? You’re telling me regardless of having a shot fryer and knowing about it your going to let it slide for a day because you’re lazy and want to wait till tomorrow? That’s crazy. What a terrible experience with terrible burnt tasting “food”. I think I’m done eating at this location if food can’t even be held to quality standards such as all the other McDonald’s around the city.
Don’t get me wrong. They never told me they were out of fresh grease and were waiting for an order that would be coming in the next day. They just said it’s old grease, but not to worry cause they’re going to change it tomorrow. If the truth was that they were waiting on an order then say so. I would have much more liked to of heard “sorry sir, we’ve been busier than usual and don’t have enough oil in stock to change our fryer, but our oil will be changed as soon as our...
Read moreHey, McDonald's! Is it company policy to hire the rudest people possible at this location? I need to address how the person treated us at the cash. You completely ignored us for 20 minutes while we were waiting to pay in cash for our order. You did not even acknowledge our presence. When we finally got your attention (Yup, we had to speak up), you made it seem like we were inconveniencing you in the worst possible way. You really need to fix your attitude because slamming drink cups down on the counter is not acceptable when you work in customer service. I would recommend getting additional training from McDonald's on how to behave in public. That will be beneficial for you, and it will probably help you in your personal life as well. You don't seem very self-aware and need to learn techniques to keep your negative...
Read moreI always go to this location every Sat before work. We love McDonald’s and the food quality it offers but today, one of your staff, some girl named “Veerpal” (or something like that), literally muttered “oh no” under her breath as I walked in. Excuse me? If dealing with customers is so unbearable, maybe she’s in the wrong job! To top it off, I clearly asked TWICE for “habanero” sauce, paid for it, and still didn’t get it. What’s the point of paying when your team can’t even handle basic instructions?
It’s clear your employees have ZERO interest in serving customers or doing their jobs properly. Either get rid of this crew or train them how to actually behave in front of...
