A&W Canada — Restaurant in Moncton

It is no longer a secret on Google map that I am homeless at the moment therefore, I rely on good businesses to go through my day. This fast food restaurant deserve a 5 star first of all because of the quality of their food. When I buy a medium coffee, it is a tiny bit more expensive than their competitor next door but it is also bigger. One employee told me this morning "You must really like our coffee!" and my response to that was "It is not just the taste of the coffee that makes a coffee good, it is also the quality of the service that makes it excellent!" Plus, I park there every morning while sipping on my coffee and use their internet and I am in the shade on sunny days! Also, very important, when I need to use their bathroom it always smell good and it is always clean. The simple fact that they take care of their bathroom give me a very good idea on how clean is the kitchen they cook my food in and with the covid situation I say that this restaurant is a 5 star fast food restaurant. I only hope that my review will bring more people and that it will remain as clean as it is cause those new people are just like me, appreciative of quality. One fries was supposed to be poutined. Teen burger was supposed to be made a double and was made a single. Kids HAMburger was not supposed to have cheese. Only ketchup pickles and onions. They made the second burger with mayo and mustard. So we got a knife to scrape it off. Was not happy about this visit at all! We did not feel welcomed there and felt like we were being pushed out the door. Employee also stated to us “Jesus Christ I’m going to kill them” highly inappropriate! Another customer stated to us “holy. Seems like they don’t want you guys to eat here at all” I know yall probably don’t care about the money part just from 3 people but we will not be back! Friendly service but we're not knowledgeable with the coupons on the Internet. Coupons keep disappearing after 1 or 2 uses it looks like. I have ask several workers and nobody knows how your coupons system works online. For instances, are the coupons suppose to disappear after 1 to 2 uses? So it is very disappointing that the most common coupons disappear after 1 to 2 uses and I have to order something I don't really want on the menu because your workers cannot help unless I have the correct coupon.
