I felt really bad for the supervisor on this evening. He was there with 3 trainees, who (of no fault of their own) had no clue what they were doing. I ordered an iced coffee in drive thru and there was no base, so I walked inside to have it remade. The poor girl at the counter had no idea how to make it and put actual sugar in, instead of the liquid. And told me sorry I dont know how to make it, they served you in drive thru. I waited politely for the supervisor who was running in every single direction, trying to fix mistakes, make food and help in drive thru. They were almost completely out of baked goods, no bread for sandwiches and coffees lined up for drive thru and no one taking money. I think the management need to better and properly train their staff, have at least one strong staff on with the supervisor, instead of sticking him with 3 trainees. If I could find a way to contact this particular franchise, I would gladly, to express my concerns. Drive thru times are through the roof, unhappy customers, bad reviews and poor training. Read moreDisorganized unprofessional mess. 1 guy at front counter took orders and made coffee pretty quickly, but no receipt was offered at the counter. If you’re ordering sandwiches, wraps, soups etc, then get ready for a mess. The kitchen area has a gaggle of 7-8 people, 2 making sandwiches, 2 on drive through, 2 standing around and 2 yelling at the workers, Idk if they were the managers? Yelling at or berating your own staff in front of customers is unprofessional.
The two making sandwiches were really confused, they cleared my order and the order behind me without even making them and just made the other ones. Then, when I asked about my sandwich, the worker asked me how to make a BLT. Her English also wasn’t fluid, people had to go up to the front counter to ask which sandwich she made and she couldn’t understand their questions, communication was in 1-2 short words.

Read morePossibly the worst location. We got up to the speaker and proceed to order and they tell us they don't serve breakfast and only have lunch available (at 11:30 am). This was fine so we order 2 CHICKEN wraps (very important), we wait 15 MINUTES to get to the window, we pay and the half a brain cell employee hands us a wrap saying it was CHICKEN. We wait a few minutes and then they tell us well be waiting 3 minutes on wedges which is fine and then a guy comes up and tells us they only have BREAKFEST available now and asks what wrap we would like. So us being decent tell him 2 sausage wraps and he goes away and at that point we check the wrap the girl told us was CHICKEN turned out to be someone else SAUSAGE wrap. We hand the wrap back and demand a refund, like come on how blatantly mentally handicapped can the presenter be to screw up this badly. I dont know how but this location manages to hire the most handicapped staff...
