McDonald’s — Restaurant in Mont-Tremblant

We waited over 30 minutes at the drive-through, then when I redeemed instant monopoly prices, the manager told their employees to stop preparing my order while there were still items missing. The dude at the drive-through told me that they shouldn't have given me any of my order, I asked him why, he said he didn't know... at least he apologized. So, they basically stole our 5 medium fries and 3 small fountain drinks that we had won during the monopoly promotion. I was always nice and respectful to the staff, and they usually were nice and respectful as well, I guess they simply did what the manager told them to do for no reason that I can think of. They showed us that the manager is greedy and will do everything to save more money, even if it means breaking their own rules(monopoly) and steal from people. The manager should pay their employees more to have more staff and have a better restaurant, but apparently they really don't care about making a good restaurant, all they care for is lazy business...

I've been eating at McDonald's for over 25 years now, and I just had the worst experience of my whole life at this branch. I came with my family and used the self-service to order, and I waited for over 40 mins to get my order, then I had to go ask them only to find out that the system didn't get my order and they cannot find it!! Then they took my receipt to use it to prepare my order, they missed 3 sandwiches, a juice and mixed other items. When I went back to them to ask very politely for the missing items, a girl who was working there was very rude to us, at first she denied that they missed some items, then she kept hitting the cups on the counter while she gave them to us, and again we went back to her and she was even more rude. I forgot to mention that I could see some of them working without any gloves (preparing sandwiches, fries, etc.). Honestly I don't know if this is the usual service here but surely this branch needs a strict management, not...

Restaurant closes at 8pm?? Everyone is then forced to the drive through which we are then told there’s a 45 minutes wait for every order before ordering (we are only 2 cars in line) When we get to the windows there’s teens sitting on kitchen counters with their cellphones not working at all. Every costumers behind us are leaving because of the wait time announcement so we are the only one in line willing to wait for our food. We get our order after 10 minutes?? From laughing teens and people not looking like they are working even tho there’s signs everywhere saying they need staff and that everyone is paid 15$-17$ hourly (minimum wage is 12,50$) So the 45 minutes wait time was a total lie as they clearly dont want to work. I don’t know where the managers are but they are doing everything possible to not work. I really felt insulted as a client and i really don’t recommend going there if you want to be treated like a stupid client thats in the way of...
