Came here for lunch. When we first got there, we told the first waitress we want a table for four. What happens? She says “okay” and just leaves. She starts serving other people seated at their tables, without any explanation to us! So we’re standing there for a while not knowing what’s happening. Then finally another server comes and then checks us in and gets us a table for four. I’m not sure what the problem with the first waitress was. We were about to leave until the second waitress greeted us. And thank God, she was kind and friendly to us! I ordered wings and poutine and both were really good! I ordered the spiciest wings (based on level 1,2 and 3) - but it wasn’t spicy at all! Very mild. The poutine was great! The “gravy” they use is different that any other poutine I’ve had, but it was still great. Also tried the st. Arnould White beer, and it was pretty good.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Tremblant area, but finally getting to writing a review. During this most recent visit we walked in around 7pm without a reservation (I would recommend getting on in advance) we were seated in about 10min. The hostess let use know that the kitchen was backed up as she was seating us. We found that the food still came out in a timely manner and was exceptionally good in comparison to other brasserie styled dishes. We ordered the French onion soup, duck poutine fries and fish & chips meal. Every dish was very flavorful. The fish was cooked very well with a crispy crunch. In the past I’ve tried some of the burgers etc which are also good, but the fish and chips is what I’d recommend to a first timer. Be sure to try one of the Saint Arnould signature beers if you’re of age. On this particular visit there was live music, an added plus.

Ordered the "pulled" pork poutine and also the duck poutine. The pulled pork was absolutely disgusting, not pulled at all but rather in large chunks and was not marinated with any sauce, tasted similar to boiled frozen pork. The duck meat on the duck poutine was not any better, very strange taste to it, probably frozen and not fresh at all. The cheese curds are advertised to have a "squeaky" bite to them however they were absolutely tasteless with no squeak and not fresh at all. Some other friends ordered some different pizzas and they were also terrible, very thin and small pizzas and the dough was very stale, tasted like frozen pizza from a grocery store. The service was also pretty poor, it took almost an hour for the food to come out. Overall one of the worst restaurant experience I've had in quite awhile.

We have always loved this place and go very often. We heard there are new owners. For the first time the service was not good. It is 3 pm, not busy, very few inside and the terrace is about half full only. Our server got us a pitcher of beer and she did not return until the pitcher was empty (only rwo of us were drinking from said pitcher). She served every one else even though they arrived after us. We never got any water. I went inside twice to ask that she come take our order, I was ignored. She finally came 30 min after she served the pitcher. We ordered and the food was served relatively fast afterwards. She also made a comment that we could hear, at our neighbors' table that she did not care that we were unhappy. It is too bad because we were very frequent customers and now this visit is making us question if we should return. On a positive note, beautiful terrace in the sun. Excellent appetizers. Good pizza....

I would like to make  a complaint regarding an incident on Saturday September 5, 2020 at 640pm.  My party of 8 was led to believe that the restaurant would play the Raptor playoff game 4 on TV.  She said she would get us a table and then worry about changing the channel to the raptor game.  Half way through the game, they changed the channel to a NHL game NY vs PHL FYLERS.   This was a crucial game 4 for the raptors and we wanted to watch the game ... someone wanted to change the channel to hockey.  We were forced to leave because of this.  This was unfair .... and misleading ... we would have not eaten there.  This has been very upsetting as we had to go back to our hotel to watch the game.  I did not pay money to go to your restaurant and be bamboozled.  The food was good, our waiter was good, but the fact the experience of not getting to watch the NBA playoffs was...
