Restaurant Mille Pâtes — Restaurant in Mont-Tremblant

A super nice restaurant with super nice food and super nice staff with a super nice-looking storefront. What can I say? Everything about this place is just super nice. It's a small restaurant on a small street in a small (but beautiful) town of Mont Tremblant but nothing about this restaurant is small but big; its food is big on taste. All of its pasta is homemade and it's thick, wholesome and el dente. You can taste the difference and it's nothing like the skimpy, slippery pastas you buy from the supermarket. It's my first time tasting genuine pasta and for the first time in my life I have learned how real pasta is supposed to taste like. And the food is just delicious, so full of flavour and yet so clean that it doesn't leave a messy aftertaste in your mouth. And it comes with a very decent portion. My child has Celiac disease and they were able to make the pasta for my child gluten-free. The restaurant is big on atmosphere. It's cozy and yet clean and neat. Its menu is written on a blackboard that it gives one a bistro feeling. The staff has such a big heart that she makes your dining experience extra special. She prepared the table right away for us when we wanted a table right beside its oversized meticulously clean windows to enjoy the view from the view of the town. And then when I informed her of my child's gluten-free diet requirement, she even made the green salad for us gluten-free. And then after I informed her that we actually booked the gondola rides in the afternoon and didn't want to miss them as I arrived a bit late for lunch at the restaurant, she not only assured us that we wouldn't miss the rides but she even did everything possible to make sure that we wouldn't miss our rides. I felt bad that I couldn't stay longer. Next time when I visit Mont Tremblant, I would definitely stay longer at this place.

I recently dined at Mille Pâtes, and the experience left a positive impression. The ambiance was cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere for diners. The menu offered a variety of Italian dishes, and we started with the soup of the day, which was a delightful minestrone. It was a heartwarming beginning to our meal.

For our main courses, we ordered the PENNE ARRABIATA with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Italian Sausages, as well as the MEAT LASAGNA with Bolognese and béchamel sauce. The PENNE ARRABIATA had a perfect balance of spiciness and a rich tomato flavor, complemented by the savory Italian sausages. The pasta was cooked to perfection, retaining a satisfying bite.

The MEAT LASAGNA was a highlight of the meal. Layers of tender pasta sheets were generously filled with a flavorful Bolognese sauce and creamy béchamel. It was a hearty and indulgent dish that left us wanting more.

Service was attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations. Overall, Mille Pâtes is a restaurant that excels in delivering delicious Italian cuisine in a comfortable setting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian...

I want to first say, that we have eaten at Mille Pates multiple times. We are from Ontario and on every trip to Tremblant, we make a stop at this restaurant and every time have a great time and come back. On this experience, January 23, 2020, we arrived at 8:40pm. I had checked both the website and google and knew that the restaurant would be open until 10pm. However, when we arrived, the host promptly told me they were closed and that they closed at 8:30pm. But how could that be? The sign outside said they were open until 22:00 (10pm)! People were still inside, and frankly we felt very disrespected. We were excited for our dinner, and left very upset and disappointed. We walked away, drove back to our hotel to try to find a replacement restaurant for dinner. I have attached a photo to show the hours posted outside.

I just want to let other potential diners know, that they shouldn't regard the website and google hours as fact; call ahead to avoid potential disappointment. I want to let the owner know that education of staff is required. Ensure all staff know the opening hours - especially of those posted...
